The resistance means 30 is constructed so as to be different between a first resistance force which acts when the gearshift lever 46 is moved from the passage K1 for gearshift operation to the passage ES for engine stop operation and a second resistance force which acts when the gearshift lever 46 is moved from the passage ES for engine stop operation to the passage K1 for gearshift operation.
