    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment of a branch joint to a main pipe by fixing a flange part of the branch joint to an outer surface of the main pipe via an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: A water sprinkling block 10 includes a concrete layer (12), and the main pipe 14 and a branch structure are embedded in the concrete layer. The main pipe has a branch hole 16, and a branch hole insertion part 32 of the branch joint 18 is inserted in the branch hole. The flange part 30 of the branch joint is fixed to the main pipe via the adhesive layer 34 arranged on a lower surface of the flange part 30. A branch pipe 20 is inserted in a branch pipe connection portion 28 of the branch joint and a spray nozzle 22 is connected and secured to the branch pipe by a rubber ring. An upper end opening of the spray nozzle is exposed from the concrete layer. When water is introduced to the main pipe 14, the water flows through the branch pipe so as to be discharged from the spray nozzle. Accordingly, the attaching work is facilitated because the branch joint is fixed to the main pipe via the adhesive layer, and it is possible to obtain stable water cut-off performance since the branch joint and main pipe are pressingly held by reaction force of the concrete layer in such a state that they are fixed to each other via the adhesive layer. By this, when the vertical pipe 106 is extended by heat absorption, the vertical pipe 106 rides over the stopper 28 by applying the force in the expanding direction of the diameter of the first socket 16 and intrudes inside the stopper 28. Consequently, the stopper 28 can continuously maintain its function without being damaged.
