The case 11 and a case 11' are locked mutually by fitting the base body 2 and the plate body part 5 of the locking member 1 in a locking groove 13 provided in a back part of the upper surface of the case 11' after the case 11 to which the locking member 1 is attached is placed on the case 11' located under the case 11.
