    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel nut which does not require the adjustment for the precision of the fitting (contact) between the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical section of the nut body and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical section of a washer, and can reduce the cost for the manufacture/assembly, and also, to provide a wheel bolt which does not require the adjustment for the precision of the fitting (contact) between the outer peripheral surface of the spindle-like section of the bolt body and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical section of the washer, and can reduce costs for the manufacture/assembly.
      SOLUTION: The fitting (contact) position of the tapered form diameter expanded surface 2b of a bolt insertion hole 2a and the tapered outer peripheral surface 20b of the washer 20 is adjusted with the positioning between the seat surface 12a of a flange section 12 and the end surface 20a of the washer 20 when the wheel nut 100 is assembled as a reference. Thus, the fastening between a hub 1 and a disk wheel 2 is precisely performed, and slacking of the wheel nut 100 and a breakage of the wheel bolt 3 become hard to occur.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener with a washer capable of holding the washer and a seat part of the fastener in close contact with each other so that the washer does not fall off.
      SOLUTION: The fastener is equipped with: a nut main body 10 including a cylindrical part 13 with a female screw part 11 formed thereon and the seat part 12a for receiving fastening force generated by thread engagement of a male screw part 3c and the female screw part 11; the washer 20 fitted to the outside of the cylindrical part 13; and a holding member 30 mounted in a form to inwardly press the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical part 13 to prevent falling off of the washer 20. A main body side inclination surface 14a is formed toward the seat part 12a on the cylindrical part outer peripheral face 13a of the nut main body 10, with the diameter reduced toward the radial center side of the cylindrical part 13, and the holding member 30 is disposed on the inclination surface 14a. The washer 20 and the seat part 12a are brought in close contact with each other by pressing and urging the seat part 12a along with the washer 20 based on partial output generated in the axial direction of the pressing reaction force to the holding member 30 from the nut main body side.

      SOLUTION: A nut main body includes a seat part 12a receiving fastening force by thread engagement and a cylindrical part 13 connected to the seat part 12a. A C-shape retaining ring 30 which consists of wire material formed in a C-shape having a round annular shape in a whole body and having a part cut off and having elastic function is arranged under a condition that the washer 20 is put in a gap between the seat part 12a of the nut main body 10 and is pushed to a central side in a radial direction on an outer circumference surface 13a of the tubular part 13. The C-shape retaining ring 30 engages with and retains the washer 20 to the cylindrical part 13 of the nut main body 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesivity between a nut body and a member to be welded by reducing a gap developed between both materials caused by uneven fusion of molten metal of mainly a projection developed at the welding time of a welded nut.
      SOLUTION: The welded nut composed of an integral metallic material is provided with a shaft part and a flange part projected to the outer part from the end part at the one side of the shaft part, and the shaft part is formed as a hollow cylindrical state and a female screw is formed on the inner peripheral surface. Further, on the surface under contacting with the welding surface on the flange part, a plurality of projections for welding are disposed. A concave part for inserting the melting part of the projection with the welding is formed to the outer peripheral end edge of the flange part from the shaft part along this projection. In this way, the molten metal is made to flow into the concave part and the adhesivity between the nut body and the member to be welded, can be improved.

Such press contact creates a friction, thus firmly fixing the cap 1 to the nut body 2.

Then the outer diameter in the direction square to the center line of the bolt, at the outer brim of the screw-in correcting surface (shaft square outer diameter) is made larger than the valley diameter of the male screw of the bolt, and the male screw is formed from this screw-in correcting surface.
