摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce material cost and achieve electric and thermally conductive adhesiveness by embedding a superconductive wire into a linear matrix without connecting solder. SOLUTION: A linear matrix 2 is in a state where a wire drawing process is completed, and the cross section hardly changes in subsequent processes. The superconductive wire 1 is inserted into the groove 3 in the linear matrix 2 in a hetamorphic cross section shape without using connecting solder, both-side walls of the groove 3 are fastened for pressure contact, the upper part of the superconductive wire 1 is covered with the top of the groove 3 to be crimped, the superconductive wire 1 is embedded into the linear matrix 2, and this stabilized composite superconductive wire 4 where the superconductive wire 1 is strongly grabbed in the linear matrix 2 can be provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the enclosing of oxide and the absorbing of gas and to improve the internal quality by sealing the inner part of a graphite crucible with argon gas when copper alloy raw material is melted, covering the molten metal surface after starting the melting with carbon and rapidly cooling the molten metal from the bottom part. SOLUTION: Pure copper and pure tin are charged into the graphite crucible 1. A cover is covered on the graphite crucible 1 until the pure copper starts to melt, and the inner part and the surroundings of the crucible 1 are sealed with the argon gas. When the pure copper starts to melt, the upper cover is removed and the carbon powder is spread on the surface of the raw material and thereafter, the atmosphere and the molten metal are shut off by making the reducing atmosphere with the carbon small pieces or the carbon powder. When the whole quantity of the copper alloy raw material is melted down, bubbling with the argon gas is executed at the suitable flow rate for a few min. by using a graphite pipe to float up the carbon small pieces or the carbon powder stuck to the inner wall of the crucible. While descending the crucible 1, cooling water is spouted from a spouting hole of a shower device 4, and the outer wall of the graphite crucible 1 is intensely cooled with the water to unidirectionally solidify the copper alloy.

CONSTITUTION:Surface flaws are detected by an automatic flaw detector while a square billet 1 is carried in the direction (a) by V-shaped rolls. Flaw information obtained by a computer 4 is received by a flaw removing device 5 and surface flaws are removed by utilizing a plasma arc. Plasma torches 7, 9 are placed in correspondence to each face 6 and each corner 8, and supported through follow-up mechanisms. The torch 7 is held perpendicular to the direction of width of a face 6 slanted at 45 deg., and the torch 9 is held perpendicular to the center of part 8, and both torches are held with inclination of 15-45 deg. from the vertical axis. By this way, partially existing surface flaws can be partially removed surely over two faces or four faces of the billet 1 with narrowed scarfing groove width.

The unsolidified part is stirred in the drawing position where the thickness thereof is 15-45% in the case of a high carbon steel contg. >=0.7% carbon.

When removing flaws of the billet 1, the surface of the villet 1 is scarfed by a high heat input of plasma arc generated from the torch 5, and the molten metal is blown to the direction of scarfing. At the same time, a gas 14 such as O2, etc. is spouted onto the edge 3 of the groove 2 from holes 15 of the ring 12. Fins adhering to the edge 3 are blown off and removed.
