SOLUTION: The driving force transmitting mechanism 22 is equipped with: a first gear 44 mounted to a drive source 20; a second gear 46 meshed with the first gear 44; and a damper shaft 50 meshed with the second gear 46 and a rack part 32 of an air mix damper 18. A first locating part 56 formed in the second gear 46 is inserted in a first locating groove 54a in the first gear 44. Moreover, a second locating part 66 is inserted to a second locating groove 88 in a damper gear 82. A first narrow tooth 58 formed in the first gear 44 is meshed with a meshing groove 70a of the first locating part 56, whereas a second narrow tooth 90 of the damper gear 82 is meshed with a meshing groove 70b of the second locating part 66.
