A liner guide 8 is placed astride adjacent under-tire liners 5 on the drum 2 in the outside of the tire 3. The guide 8 is welded on the drum 2. A guide piece 9 is secured in contact with peripheral faces on both sides of the tire 3 on the liner guide 8. A key 7 is secured almost axially on the under-tire liner 5 below each groove 4. A wedge 13 is inserted between the side face of each groove 4 and the side face of the key 7.

A wedge 10 is inserted for tightening between a protrusion 5b of the key 5 and the guide piece 9.
