    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noiseproof equipment which sufficiently exerts a noiseproof effect by reducing a noise from a lower part of rolling stock, emitted in the lateral direction of a track, in consideration of multiple reflection occurring between the side surface and sound insulation wall of the rolling stock.
      SOLUTION: An acoustic interference mechanism 10, which achieves a noiseproof effect by interference from a sound wave, is provided at the upper end of a noiseproof wall 3 which is installed near the lateral track of a railway, and a sound absorber structure 20, which is arranged in such a manner as to overhang to the track side and which absorbs the sound wave ascending from below, is imparted to the vicinity of the upper end of the noiseproof wall 3, so that the multiple reflection can be suppressed.

      SOLUTION: The speed variable belt conveyer device has a plurality of conveying belts arranged longitudinally in series. The speed variable belt conveyer device comprises a conveying belt group where the plurality of conveying belts are arranged in parallel with a predetermined interval in the width direction of the belt and a plurality of rotating shafts for winding the conveying belt group. The rotating shafts have alternately axially arranged driving roller parts and driven roller parts, one end of each conveying belt in the longitudinal direction of the conveying belt group is wound on the driving roller part of the rotating shaft, and the other end is wound on the driven roller part of the other rotating shaft. By rotating each rotating shaft, each belt group runs at the same speed or a different speed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof device capable of suppressing noise generated in a noise generating area from propagating to a soundproofed area over the noise generating area and formed in a small size. SOLUTION: A plurality of louvers 3 are provided on the upper part of a noise generating area 2, and a road 2 is covered by each louver 3 from the upper side. Each louver 3 is disposed so that a space 4 passed linearly in a specified direction A is not formed, and can suppress noise from propagating to an area over the noise generating area in a specified direction.
