    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof device capable of suppressing noise generated in a noise generating area from propagating to a soundproofed area over the noise generating area and formed in a small size. SOLUTION: A plurality of louvers 3 are provided on the upper part of a noise generating area 2, and a road 2 is covered by each louver 3 from the upper side. Each louver 3 is disposed so that a space 4 passed linearly in a specified direction A is not formed, and can suppress noise from propagating to an area over the noise generating area in a specified direction. Because each louver 3 forms the space 4 inserted linearly in the direction different from the specified direction, a resistance caused when air is moved in the direction different from the specified direction can be reduced. As a result, wind is allowed to blow out easily through a clearance between the louvers a large wind pressure load can be prevented from acting on the soundproof device, and each louver 3 can be installed easily on the upper part of the noise generating area 2 located on the outdoor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that exfoliation inspection becomes determination by human sensory evaluation, easily is liable to cause individual differences, and furthermore requires skillfulness in the case of exfoliation inspection by hitting with a hammer, that exfoliation inspection requires a large amount of work time and delicate know-how of inspectors in the case of an inspecting device using ultrasonic waves, and that sufficient accuracy can be obtained only in a measurement environment in which no sound reflectors exist in the case of lightly hitting concrete products with an air hammer. SOLUTION: This device for inspecting exfoliation in composite plate interfaces is comprised of an oscillating device for providing oscillations for a composite plate, a vibrometer for measuring the velocity of the oscillations in the surface of the composite plate, and a measurement control/computing device for computing the acoustic radiation efficiency of the composite plate from data on the velocity of the oscillations in the surface of the composite plate obtained by the vibrometer. In the device for inspecting exfoliation in composite plate interfaces, the state of exfoliation in interfaces is determined from the coincidence frequency of the composite plate. It is possible to increase efficiency by shortening inspection time and obtain determination data unaffected by measurement environments, individual differences, know-how, or others.
