摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the soundproof performance of a structure. SOLUTION: Grains 9 made of coal ash or the like are stored in a storage space 8 formed by fitting a storage member to a constituting member 1 forming the girder of a box girder bridge 11. The grains 9 are not fixed in contact with the surface of the constituting member 1 facing the storage space 8, therefore a coincidence frequency fc can be maintained nearly equal to that before this invention is implemented. Sound emission efficiency σ can be maintained nearly equal, the vibration velocity amplitude v of the constituting member 1 is reduced by about 10 dB, and emission sound power P can be reduced. The vibration energy of the constituting member 1 is converted into heat energy by the collision and friction among the grains 9 for vibration damping, a reduced sound quantity corresponding to a damped vibration quantity is attained, and the sound can be effectively reduced.

SOLUTION: A plurality of louvers 3 are provided on the upper part of a noise generating area 2, and a road 2 is covered by each louver 3 from the upper side. Each louver 3 is disposed so that a space 4 passed linearly in a specified direction A is not formed, and can suppress noise from propagating to an area over the noise generating area in a specified direction. Because each louver 3 forms the space 4 inserted linearly in the direction different from the specified direction, a resistance caused when air is moved in the direction different from the specified direction can be reduced. As a result, wind is allowed to blow out easily through a clearance between the louvers a large wind pressure load can be prevented from acting on the soundproof device, and each louver 3 can be installed easily on the upper part of the noise generating area 2 located on the outdoor.

SOLUTION: This device for inspecting exfoliation in composite plate interfaces is comprised of an oscillating device for providing oscillations for a composite plate, a vibrometer for measuring the velocity of the oscillations in the surface of the composite plate, and a measurement control/computing device for computing the acoustic radiation efficiency of the composite plate from data on the velocity of the oscillations in the surface of the composite plate obtained by the vibrometer. In the device for inspecting exfoliation in composite plate interfaces, the state of exfoliation in interfaces is determined from the coincidence frequency of the composite plate. It is possible to increase efficiency by shortening inspection time and obtain determination data unaffected by measurement environments, individual differences, know-how, or others.
