    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulge forming device which can form a bulge without a high-pressure mold clamping, even in the production of a complicatedly-shaped tubular component and thereby, can realize the formation of an large-sized bulge.
      SOLUTION: In this bulge forming device, an inner mold 3 which can be horizontally split in a longitudinally oriented parting face is installed; a molding tool part 10 into which an elementary pipe 5 is longitudinally inserted is formed in the segments of the inner mold 3; the external surface of the inner mold 3 in such a state that the circumference of the molding tool part 10 is joined together by mating the segments of the inner mold 3 is formed into a conical surface 9 which spreads downward at a specified angle; a cylindrical outer mold 4, with a conical surface 11 which spreads downward at an angle along the conical surface 9 of the inner mold 3, formed on the inner surface is installed; and a booster 8 which supplies a high-pressure liquid to the interior of the elementary pipe 5 from under the elementary pipe 5 inserted into the molding tool part 10 of the inner mold 3, in such a state that the inner mold 3 is tightly retained by joining the outer mold 4 to the outer surface of the inner mold 3, is installed and also an axial pushing device 6 which pushes the elementary pipe 5 axially from above is installed.
