摘要： PURPOSE:To completely prevent corrosion from going in from a pipe end, by welding a ring consisting of a corrosion resistance material to the pipe end part of a double pipe, by use of an electronic beam, and performing deep penetration welding. CONSTITUTION:The inside and outside of a double pipe 3 and the inside of a casing 10 are sealed exactly, by setting the double pipe 3 which has tack-welded a ring material 7 to a pipe end 5, supplying high pressure air from a high pressure air source 19, supplying high pressure air to inside and outside pressure chambers 16, 33, and making rubber seals 14, 32 bulge and press-contact. After that, a solenoid valve 40 is opened, a vacuum pump 39 is operated, and the inside cavity 20 in the casing 10 is made to form a vacuum. Deep penetration welding by an electronic beam is provided and formed like a ring on the seaming surface of the pipe end 5 of inside and outside pipes 2, 1 and the ring material 7 by rotating an electronic gun 24 and simultaneously radiating the electronic beam 43. After said welding has been completed, the rotation of the electronic gun 24 and the beam radiation are stopped, the solenoid valve 40 is released to the atmosphere, and a device 9 is withdrawn from a pipe end part 4 of the double pipe.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture an excellent auto-fretting double tube that heightens grade of fit and prevents stress corrosion cracking by expanding an inner tube at a temperature above Md point, reducing after plastic deformation, cooling at a temperature below Ms point and expanding with martensitic transformation. CONSTITUTION:A material that generates work induced martensite is selected for an inner tube, and the inner tube is inserted into an outer tube. Under this condition, the outer tube is expanded through expanding of the inner tube causing yielding by hydraulic expanding at a temperature above Md temperature. At a specified diameter expanding stress is released and the tube is reduced preventing occurrence of martensitic transformation. Next, under this condition, the inner tube is cooled at a temperature below Ms point and expanded giving rise to martensitic transformation in the inner tube. Thus, an auto-fretting double tube having high grade of fit due to difference in diameter between inner and outer tubes can be obtained.

On the other hand, when porosities are produced or the penetration beads are not correct welding, the melt flow changes and therefore the current value flowing in the line 6 differs from that during the correct welding. This current value is visually observed with the ammeter 5 or is fed back to the control system to change the beam output or the welding conditions such as welding speed properly, whereby the current value of the line 6 is corrected to the correct value.
