    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incorporating structure for interior member for a vehicle which can effectively reduce noises from the driving system of the vehicle, and a sound absorbing utensil which is used for the incorporating structure for the interior member for the vehicle.
      SOLUTION: On the internal side of a console box 11, a plurality of ribs 16 and 17 are formed, and sound absorbing utensils 13A to 13C having a sound absorbing function are held by the ribs 16 and 17. On the side walls 14 of the sound absorbing utensils 13A to 13C, a plurality of through holes 15 are formed, and the through holes 15 point to the driving system of the vehicle. Noises from the driving system are guided into the sound absorbing utensils 13A to 13C from the through holes 15 and damped. Therefore, noises which leak to the cabin side are reduced. The rate of the total area of the through holes 15 to the area of the side wall 14 on which the through holes 15 are formed is approximate 1.5%, and noises emitted from the transmission can effectively be reduced.

When the glove box door 10 is operated to be opened, the insertion piece 12 is inclined in conjunction with the rotation of the glove box door 10 with a top of the projecting supporting point as a supporting point 14 while being inserted in the insertion hole 9 and restrained in fore-and-aft movement.
