      SOLUTION: At the position of a member fixing hole 13, a lid 15 is provided on a surface 18 on the ground side of a skin plate 7 on a pit inside side. After applying the corrosion-resistant coating 21 on a surface 17 on the pit inside side of the skin plate 7 on the pit inside side and an inner circumferential part 19 of the member fixing hole 13, concrete 23 is filled in an inner part 25 of a steel shell 3 to complete a steel shell synthetic segment 1 and a pit wall such as an inner circumferential surface of a tunnel is lined.
