    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the presence of water without breaking a surface layer, by heating the water within an asphalt surface layer by a microwave oscillator, and continuously monitoring and recording the temperature difference from a position free from water by an infrared camera. SOLUTION: To detect the internal water of a surface protecting layer 11 of asphalt or the like, a traveling vehicle 1 is gradually run on the surface protecting layer 11, the position of a microwave oscillator 9 is regulated by a height regulating device 14, and microwaves are emitted to the surface protecting layer 11 through a wave guide 10. The temperature is raised in the position where water is present within the surface protecting layer 11 to cause a temperature difference from the position free from water. This temperature difference is picked up by an infrared camera 8 height-regulated by a height regulating device 15, displayed on an indicator 4, and continuously monitored. In this monitor image, for example, the water part is suddenly raised in temperature and displayed by red, and the asphalt part is not raised in temperature so much and displayed by blue. According to this, the presence of water can be detected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a mass concrete structure of the required strength at high workability by applying the constitution that high fluidity concrete having the prescribed slump flow range is placed in the placement space of existing concrete in advance, and curing the high fluidity concrete after supplying coarse aggregate thereto. SOLUTION: First, placement space 2 using existing concrete 1 as a bottom part is formed, and the side of the space 2 is made by use of a form. At the process of the prior placement of high fluidity concrete, preferably lime stone powder or the like is used to substitute a part of cement and high fluidity concrete 3 blended with a thickener and prepared to have a slump flow between 60 and 80 cm is placed in the space 2. Thereafter but before the lapse of long time, coarse aggregate 4 is supplied to the high fluidity concrete 3 from an upper position. As a result, the level of the placed concrete rises and in this case, placement height after the supply of the coarse aggregate 4 is preferably set at a level approximately between 50 and 100 cm.

    • PURPOSE:To continuously and economically construct a concrete facing on the slope of a dam as well as greatly shorten the period of the construction by running vertically a paving machine on the slope of the dam. CONSTITUTION:An uncured dry-consistency fiber concrete is delivered onto the top 1 of a dam by a dump truck 2 and a facing concrete is continuously constructed in a belt-like form by means of a paving machine running vertically on the slope. The paving machine consists of a finisher 3 to be dragged by a main winch porter and a vibrating roller 4. The face of foundation is compacted by a dumper vehicle 6 while delivering concrete. The vibrating roller 4' for finishing and compaction is dragged for final compaction and a joint cutter is run before the concrete is hardened following the compaction.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a waste disposal field with a water leakage monitoring device detecting the occurrence and position of water leakage by means of a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A water shielding inside film body 1 and a water shielding outside film body 2 are overlapped each other and arranged on the bottom face of a waste storage space. Plural high resistive elements R, which face the whole area of the bottom face, the dispesedly arranged between the inside film body 1 and the outside film body 2, and the high resistive elements R are connected in series by a resistive connection wire T. Over the overall length of the resistive connection wire T, a bare lead wire H is arranged in parallel with the resistive connection wire T between the inside film body 1 and the outside film body 2. A resistance meter 3 is connected between one end of the resistive connection wire T and one end of the bare lead wire H, and the number of the high resistive elements R between the high resistive element, which is substantially short-circuited to the bare lead wire H because of water leakage, and one end of the resistive connection wire T is found on the basis of the measured value of the resistance meter 3, and consequently, the occurrence of water leakage and the leakage position are monitored.
