    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a mass concrete structure of the required strength at high workability by applying the constitution that high fluidity concrete having the prescribed slump flow range is placed in the placement space of existing concrete in advance, and curing the high fluidity concrete after supplying coarse aggregate thereto. SOLUTION: First, placement space 2 using existing concrete 1 as a bottom part is formed, and the side of the space 2 is made by use of a form. At the process of the prior placement of high fluidity concrete, preferably lime stone powder or the like is used to substitute a part of cement and high fluidity concrete 3 blended with a thickener and prepared to have a slump flow between 60 and 80 cm is placed in the space 2. Thereafter but before the lapse of long time, coarse aggregate 4 is supplied to the high fluidity concrete 3 from an upper position. As a result, the level of the placed concrete rises and in this case, placement height after the supply of the coarse aggregate 4 is preferably set at a level approximately between 50 and 100 cm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a way to add a mixture as is under the state in its pulverulent body to a mixer at the kneading of an AE concrete by a method wherein the mixture is prepared by mixing powdered AE agent, water reducing agent, AE water reducing agent or high-efficiency water reducing agent as is under powdered state to cement powder at a desired mixing ratio in advance. SOLUTION: A cement for AE concrete consists of a mixed powder of a powdered chemical admixture selected from a group consisting of AE agent, water reducing agent, AE water reducing agent or high-efficiency water reducing agent, inorganic powder selected from a group consisting of stone dust, blast furnace slag powder and fly ash and cement powder. By mixing the mixed powder and the cement powder with a mixing machine such as a ribbon blender or the like after the mixed powder is prepared by mixing the powdered admisture and the inorganic powder in advance, the dispersion of the admixture becomes favorable. Further, when its mixing ratio is set to correspond to the ratio of admixture to cement to be mixed at the kneading of an AE concrete, no measurement of the adding ratio at a ready-mixed concrete factory becomes necessary, resulting in realizing a practical operational convenience.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a way to add a mixed powdery cement under the powdery state to a mixer at the kneading of a highly fluid concrete by a method wherein an inorganic powder, a high-efficiency water reducing agent and a thickener are mixed under the powdered state to cement powder at a desired mixing ratio in advance. SOLUTION: Into a normal portland cement powder serving as a main body, an inorganic powder selected from a group consisting of stone dust, a blast furnace slag powder and fly ash, a high-efficiency water reducing agent powder and a thickener powder are mixed at desired ratios. In order to mix, first of all, the powdered high-range water reducing agent, thickener and inorganic powder are mixed with one another at a desired mixing ratio. Next, by mixing the resultant mixed powder with cement powder, the dispersion of an admixture in the cement powder becomes favorable. In this cement for manufacturing highly fluid concrete, troublesome operations such as the meterings of various admixtures and chemical admixtures at the manufacturing of highly fluid concrete in a ready-mixed concrete factory can be omitted and, at the same time, high quality highly fluid concrete can be manufactured.
