摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrester type power transmission/distribution line current and voltage meter which can measure voltage and current of a power transmission/distribution line while allowing simple installation thereof at an arbitrary location with a simple work along with a smaller size and a less cost by accurately accomplishing insulation to the ground without use of a transformer for an instrument and a current transformer for the instrument requiring a costly and larger insulator. SOLUTION: There are arranged a current measuring device 12 which is detachably mounted on a power transmission/distribution line 1 to detect current thereof, an arrester device 14 which performs an arrester function through a resistance element 50 for a high voltage built into an insulator 48 while having a voltage sensor for detecting the voltage of the power transmission/distribution line 1 and an optical signal conversion means (28) for converting the sensed current signal of the power transmission/distribution line 1 to an optical signal while a light transmission path 52 is provided in the insulator 48 of the arrester device 14. Moreover, a photodetecting means (90) is provided and inputs the optical signal to convert the current information of the power transmission/distribution line to an electrical signal.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a voltage and a current of a power transmission/distribution line by simply and easily setting a current/voltage-measuring apparatus without using an insulation-to-ground support. SOLUTION: A body 100 of this measuring apparatus is formed to be freely openable and is set with the power transmission/distribution line 1 held in a through hole 100C. A voltage sensor 102 is an ungrounded capacitor which is arranged concentrically cylindrically to the circumference of the power transmission/distribution line and detects a voltage divided from a stray capacity to the ground when the body 100 is closed. A current sensor 104 is formed of a loop coil disposed oppositely to both sides of the power transmission/distribution line for detecting a change of an electric field in the circumference of the power transmission/distribution line as an induced voltage. A signal-processing circuit 108 integrates and amplifies outputs of the current sensor 104, amplifies outputs of the voltage sensor 102 and generates respective measurement waveforms. A radio transmission circuit 110 transmits measurement signals obtained by the processing signals to the ground by radio waves.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for measuring apparatus of transmission/ distribution system which dispenses with the necessity for insulating measures against high voltage, and is capable of taking out electricity from a transmission/distribution line as long as a voltage is present even in the state where current does not flow through the transmission/distribution line.
SOLUTION: A power supply device for measuring apparatus of a transmission/ distribution line has a space electrode attached to the transmission/distribution line, and forms a capacitor circuit including a space capacitance between the transmission/ distribution line and the earth, and charges power which has been obtained in the capacitor circuit with an intermittent output to a measuring apparatus. The power supply device includes a protection circuit 302 for converting a voltage obtained on a space electrode 301 to an appropriate voltage to prevent an excessive voltage, a rectifying circuit 303 for converting a voltage from the protection circuit from AC to DC, a charging battery 304 for storing electricity to be outputted from the rectifying circuit, a voltage detector 305 for detecting a voltage of the charging battery, and a voltage generator 307 for intermittently outputting a voltage required for a load 308 of the measuring apparatus from the detected voltage.
