SOLUTION: An opening face 27 from which divided bodies 19, 20 oppositely disposed with a distance before assembling can be taken in as they are, is formed at the underface of a lateral frame body 26. The frame body is provided with recessions 28 housing the outer peripheries of respective divided bodies 19, 20, and holding frames 29 which are mutually approachable toward the inside of the frame bodies 26. Grasping pins 41 detachably inserted into grasping holes formed in the divided bodies 19, 20 are provided in the holding frames 29.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert an electric cable into a buried pipe instead of a hydraulic hose, and to easily connect the buried pipe in a starting shaft by connecting an auxiliary unit pipe incorporating an electrohydraulic unit to a guidance body. SOLUTION: An auxiliary unit pipe 28 and a buried pipe 9 are successively connected to a guidance body 6 for forcing it into the ground by an original pressing device 5 in a starting shaft 1. In the auxiliary unit pipe 28, electric motors 29 and 30 with cooling fans 31 and 32, a small hydraulic pump 33, and a working fluid tank 34 are provided, and hydraulic presure is supplied to a jack 8 of the guidance body 6 for expanding and contracting a tip head 7. In the hydraulic oil tank 34, breathing space is provided at upper and lower parts for exchanging air in front and behind, and a cooling pipe 37 of the working fluid tank 34 is connected to an aggregate hose 91 for connecting it to an aggregate plant 90 on the ground, thus inserting an electric cable into the buried pipe 9 instead of a hydraulic hose 13 for supplying hydraulic pressure to the jack 8, and hence easily connecting the buried pipe 9 in the starting shaft 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely crush a temporary wall with a shield machine and easily construct a starting/arrival shaft by arranging the temporary wall buried with glass beads in the surface to form a finely crushing layer on a shaft mouth. SOLUTION: A temporary wall 1 is formed with a finely crushing layer 1a made of resin mortar and buried with many glass beads 2 and a strength securing layer 1b with the required thickness and buried with no glass bead 2, the temporary wall 1 is fitted to the shaft mouth of a starting/arrival shaft, and a water stop device is fitted on the inside. When a shield machine is advanced from the inside of the shaft into contact with the temporary wall 1 through the water stop device, the temporary wall 1 is deflected and finely crushed by means of cracks generated from the glass beads 2, and no problem occurs on the excavation of the shield machine. In the case of an arrival shaft, the shield machine first crushes the temporary wall 1 and enters the shaft through the water stop device. Many grooves may be crossingly formed on the surface of the temporary wall 1 in place of the glass beads 2. The starting/ arrival shaft can be easily constructed.

The high temperature of the hydraulic fluid 3 is released as heat into the ground to cool the hydraulic fluid 3. The hydraulic fluid 3 cooled is forced to circulate through each part by the pump 1 to cool each part to ensure normal actuation.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the period and cost of construction work when a tunnel in the ground is excavated by a non-open cut method whereby the ground is not open-cut. SOLUTION: A hole 5 for inserting a pusher is bored in the side wall of an enclosure member 4 for forming a manhole buried in a vertical shaft 3. A mounting plate 6 on which projecting pieces 7, 8 are placed upright is secured to the peripheral surface of the hole 5. A pair of shield members 13, 14 and a packing 10 placed between the shield members 13, 14 are secured to the projecting pieces 7, 8 by a bolt 11 and a nut 12 in such a way as to cover the hole 5. The shield members 13, 14 are made of a material with such a strength that it is not broken by the underground earthen pressure but can be broken by the pressing force of the pusher. The packing 10 is made from a flexible material, and a through hole 10a with an inside diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the pusher is bored through the packing 10.
