摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide screw parts which are light-weighted, excellent in productivity, can cut off manufacturing processes and can reduce manufacturing costs, and a manufacturing method for screw parts. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for screw parts, industrial pure magnesium, magnesium alloy, or a composite material composed of magnesium or its alloy as a parent phase (matrix) having a fine grain superplastic structure of 100 μm or less crystal grain diameter, is heated to 250 deg.C-400 deg.C where a superplastic phenomenon occurs. By utilizing the superplastic phenomenon, the material is molded with warm forging so as to form screw parts.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium alloy screw parts which are light in weight and excellent in specific strength by warm forging, and to provide a device for manufacturing the magnesium alloy screw parts which is excellent in productivity and stable in quality. SOLUTION: The screw parts are formed by warm forging a magnesium alloy with an elongation of >=50% in a heated condition of 250-400 deg.C. The screw parts manufacturing device is provided with a chute 2 which continuously feeds stocks W which are obtained by cutting a wire formed of a magnesium alloy with an elongation of >=50% in a heated condition of 250-400 deg.C to a predetermined length, punch and dies 3, 13, 14 which forge the stock W into a bland B2 of the screw parts by warm forging, a transfer means 4 to transfer the stocks fed from the chute to the punch and dies 3, 13, 14 and an arranging rail 21 which arranges the blank B2 forged and formed by the punch and dies 3, 13, 14 and feeds them to a screw form-rolling die, and further comprises heating means 5-7 which heat the punch and die 3 and the arranging rail 21.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight, improve productivity, reduce manufacturing processes, and reduce manufacturing costs by forming pure magnesium for industry having fine particle super plastic structure, magnesium alloy, or compound material serving them as a parent phase with warm forging or hot forging at a specified temperature. SOLUTION: Raw material is pure magnesium for industry having a fine particle super plastic structure; magnesium alloy composed of Al whose weight ratio is 1.0 to 12.0%, Zn whose weight ratio is 0.3 to 2.5%, Mn whose weight ratio is 0.2 to 0.3%, the residual Mg, and the unavoidable impurity; magnesium composed of Zn whose weight ratio is 2.0 to 8.0%, Zr whose weight ratio is 0.1 to 1.0%, the residual Mg, and the unavoidable impurity, and a compound material serving pure magnesium for industry having fine particle super plastic structure or magnesium alloy as a parent phase. Those raw materials are heated to 250 deg.C to 500 deg.C, and a screw parts are molded by means of warm forging or hot forging utilizing super plastic phenomenon. It is thus possible to reduce the number of manufacture processes so as to reduce manufacturing costs.
