    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body coating method capable of excellently coating the inside surface of a socket while discharging power paint with small discharge quantity.SOLUTION: A nozzle 32 and a tubular body 1 arranged on the axis line L of the tubular body 1 are reciprocated relatively along the axis line L direction while rotating the tubular body 1 around the axis line L. The electrically charged powder paint is discharged from the tip part of the nozzle 32 to coat the inside surface of a heated socket 12. Two discharge openings 321 mutually extended in parallel are arranged in the tip part of the nozzle 32 to be symmetric to the axis line L. The powder paint discharged in the axis line L direction from two discharge openings 321 is spread with a prescribed angle range θ in a fan-like form in a plane surface in parallel to the extended direction of the respective two discharge openings 321. As a result, the density of the discharged powder paint is made high and thereby, the inner surface of the socket 12 is excellently coated while discharging the powder paint with the small discharge quantity.

By virtue of the resin filling, tight sealing between the cover inner surface and the branch part outer surface is provided. Thus, high corrosion prevention can be assured by a simple structure.
