    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the reliance upon setting of the rotation checking torque while setting the profile low. SOLUTION: An internal gear 2 and epicyclic external gear 3 are installed in a casing 1, and the rotation of an input shaft 4 having an eccentric circle part 11 is transmitted to an external gear 3 through the eccentric circle part 11, and the external gear 3 is left revolving and rotating round its own axis. The rotation is transmitted to the output shaft (valve stem) 5 through a hole 7, pin 6, output boss 14, when deceleration is made by an epicyclic gearing mechanism. The internal gear 2 is fitted to the casing 1 at the whole circumference of the oversurface by means of projection-recess fitting, wherein the fitting is maintained by a spring 18. If the torque from the input shaft 4 is below a certain value, the fitting will not be put loose, and the torque from the input shaft 4 is transmitted to the output shaft 5 upon being decelerated. If any reason causes the output shaft 5 to remain at a standstill, the torque working in the projection/recess fitting becomes over the specified value, and the internal gear 2 is depressed against the action of the spring 18, and the fitting is set off. Accordingly the eccentric motions of the external gear 3 rotate the internal gear 2 while no force is transmitted to the pin 6, and the output shaft 5 remains at a standstill. That is, the torque is shut off.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent buidup of dust etc. around the valve opening by permitting two pair of upward valve closing element and downward valve closing element to move vertically, by allowing the valve elements to contact a pair of valve seats, furnished at the valve chest, having a downward facing tapered surface, and thereby releasing or shutting off the gas. CONSTITUTION:When valve stems 21, 21' and 22, 22' move upward from the state of ''closed'' wedge receptacles 18a, 18b come off from the wedge members 19a, 19b of the valve chest 1 to allow the valve closing elements 11a, 11b to slide into the upper box 2 and, at the same time, the valve opening elements 12a, 12b slides off from the lower box 3 into the valve chest 1, whereby the tapered faces of the valve elements 12a, 12b come in contact with the tapered face of the intermediate seat 7 when the elements 12a, 12b attain a position where the opening of their flow lines 13a, 13b are in correspondence with the openings of the flow lines 6a, 6b, 9. Thus the valve openings 10a, 10b are sealed. When valve stems 21, 21' and 22, 22' move downward thereafter, the valve elements 12a, 12b slide into the lower box 3 and the valve elements 11a, 11b into the valve chest 1 to be fitted between the valve seat 4a, formed at the valve chest, and the valve seat 7 and between the valve seat 4b, formed at the valve chest 4b, and the valve seats 14a, 14b make a close contact with the valve seats 4a, 4b. Thus the pipes A and B are separated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively rotate main and sub-valve shafts coaxially by one operation shaft without a gear mechanism and with self-locking function. SOLUTION: A valve opening/closing device has a coaxial reduction gear D for independently rotating a sub-valve body 4 by means of a sub-valve shaft 5, and rotating a main valve body 2 by means of a main valve shaft 3. A driving tube 13 is elevated by turning a coaxial operation shaft for the valve shafts 3, 4. Tubes 14, 15 integrally formed with the valve shafts 3, 5 are rotated by sliding a pin 16 fixed to the tube 13 within guide grooves 18, 19. The guide grooves 18, 19 have each a perpendicular part and a spiral part. When the pin 16 is located at the perpendicular part, the tubes 14, 15 are not rotated. When the pin 16 is located at the spiral part, the tubes 14, 15 are rotated through the guide grooves 18, 19 by elevating the pin 16 together with the elevating of the tube 13, for opening and closing the valve elements 2, 4. A rotary shaft is not rotated only by the vertical force of the driving tube 13 due to the screw connection. Self-locking is performed at optional opening/ closing positions of the valve elements 2, 4.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent buildup of dust etc. around the valve opening by furnishing a valve closing element and an opening element parallelly above and below the base plate, respectively, by allowing the tapered face of the opening element to contact the valve seat in the valve chest at the time of upward motion, and by permitting the closing element to form an eccentric close contact with the valve seat on its inlet side at the time of downward motion. CONSTITUTION:When valve stems 18, 18' move upward from the state of ''closed'' a wedge receptacle 15 comes loose from wedge member 16 to permit the valve closing element 8 to slide into the upper box 2 and, by contrast, the valve opening element 9 slides off from the lower box 3 into the valve chest 1 to be fitted between the valve seats 4a and 4b, whereby the tapered face of the valve element 9 comes in contact with the tapered face of the valve seat 4b, acting like a wedge, when the valve element 9 has attained a position where the opening of its flow line 10 is in correspondence with the openings of the flow lines 6a, 6b. Thus the valve opening 7 is sealed. When valve stems 18, 18' move downward thereafter, the opening element 9 slides into the lower box 3 and the valve element 8 slides off from the upper box 2 into the valve chest 1 to be fitted between the valve seats 4a and 4b, and then the wedge receptacle 15 of the valve element 8 pushes a member 16 of the valve chest 1 to displace the valve element 8 aside onto the flow line 6a side, whereby the valve seat 11 can have a close contact with the valve seat 4a on the inlet side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject device with a self-locking function, and capable of selectively rotating a main valve shaft and an auxiliary valve shaft by one opening shaft, outside of a gear mechanism. SOLUTION: An auxiliary valve element 4 and a main valve element 2 are independently rotated by an auxiliary valve shaft 5 and a main valve shaft 3, respectively. When an opening shaft 11 is rotated, a drive tube 13 ascends and descends, and tubes 14, 15, which are integral with the main valve shaft 3 and the auxiliary valve shaft 5, respectively, rotate by sliding movement of a pin 16, which is fixed to the tube 13, within guide grooves 18, 19. In order words, the guide grooves 18, 19 have a vertical part and a spiral part, and the tubes 14, 15 do not rotate when the pin 16 is at the vertical part, while when the pin 16 is at the spiral part, upon ascent and descent of the pin 16 accompanied with the ascent and descent of the tube 13, the tubes 14, 15 rotate via the guide grooves 18, 19 so as to open and close the valve elements 2, 4. The operating shaft 11 and the drive tube 13 are threadedly connected so that the operating shaft 11 is not rotated by vertical force of the drive tube 13, and self-locking at a desired opening/closing position of the valve elements 2, 4 is implemented.
