摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material reduced in fog density and desensitization due to pressure, while keeping high sensitivity and superior graininess. SOLUTION: The silver halide grains occupying >=50% of the projection areas of the total silver halide grains are nontwin crystals having at least 2 phases of an outermost layer and an inner layer different in silver halide composition, the silver iodide content of the outermost layer is >=5mol% and that of maximum silver iodide containing phase except the outermost phase is =50mol% of the projection areas of the total silver halide grains and the grains occupying >=50mol% of the total projection areas have dislocation lines in the grains. This silver halide photographic sensitive material has at least one emulsion layer containing the above silver halide grains on a support.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously satisfy high sensitivity and low fog and to improve latent image preservability and raw stock preservability by making the intrinsic sensitivities of the interiors and surfaces of silver halide grains with imparted silver nuclei higher than those of silver halide grains with no imparted silver nuclei by a specified percent or more. SOLUTION: Silver nuclei are imparted to silver halide grains to increase both the intrinsic sensitivities of the interiors and surfaces of the silver halide grains by >=25%. The impartation may be carried out at any parts of the interiors and/or surfaces of the silver halide grains. A compd. of formula I, II or the like is preferably added and reduction sensitization is preferably carried out. In the formulae, R11 and R12 are each H, an aliphatic group, an arom. group or a heterocyclic group, Ma is a cation, R21 and R22 are each an aliphatic group, an arom. group, a heterocyclic group or a group having these groups, X21-X23 are each S, Se or Te, m1 and n1 are each an integer of 1-3 and n2 is an integer of 1-4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rolled photographic film having a new width capable of realizing the improvement of easiness in handling, the reduction of leakage light and the increase of exposure frames by setting the film width within a specified range and providing perforation. SOLUTION: The film width is set between 38.5 mm and 54 mm, desirably, 46.2±1.5 mm. An image frame is not regulated particularly but it is desirable to set the length of the image frame to 41.5±1 mm and the width thereof to 56.0±1.5 mm considering the easiness in handling at a laboratory and the aspect ratio of the image frame. This size is obtained by replacing the relation between the length and the width of 645 size popular as the image frame size of 120 type or 220 type rolled photographic film, so that printing can be performed with the mask of 645 size used till now concerning the processing at the laboratory. It is good to set the perforation 102 to two or less per one frame but it is desirable to set it to one. It does not matter whatever position the perforation 102 exists at regardless of relative relation to a frame 101 but it is desirable to set the perforation 102 between the frames 101 and 101.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high sensitive illuminance reciprocity failure characteristics by making silver halide grains, having a surface on which a development start point exists at the center of a specific area, accounts for a specific amount. SOLUTION: Silver halide grains have a surface on which a development start point exists in a center part area corresponding to 50% of the surface area including a center point. Desirably the development start point exists in the center part area corresponding to 30% of the area. Further, it exists in the center part area corresponding to 15% of the area. To provide silver halide grains that a site of the development start point and a number of grains are controlled, the silver halide emulsion that contains silver halide grains whose iodide content at a core part is less than those at a shell part is provided, a silver halide solvent is added before adding the chemical sensitizer and the sensitizing dye when chemically sensitizing and spectral sensitizing the silver halide emulsion. The silver halide grains desirably accounts for 60% or more of the total silver halide emulsion grains, further desirably, 80% or more.
