摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality and productivity and to lessen loss in manufacturing of photosensitive film magazines and in manufacturing of photosensitive film magazine packages. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing of the photosensitive film magazine packages housing the photosensitive film magazines assembled in a photosensitive film magazine assembly section under a dark room state into photosensitive film magazine containers in a container housing section, the photosensitive film magazines are successively supplied in the prescribed route covered by a light shieldable tunnel in a section necessary for putting the photosensitive film magazine assembling section into substantially the dark room state from a photosensitive film magazine assembling section and the photosensitive film magazines are inspected by one piece each under the non-dark room state, then the inspected photosensitive film magazines are successively supplied in the prescribed route to the container housing section and only the photosensitive film magazines decided to be non-defective as a result of the inspection are housed onto the photosensitive film magazine containers.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automate the separation of a tape by sticking the tape to a roll like sheet in such a way as to place the non-adhesive part of the tape on the winding end side, and rotating the sheet in the loosening direction to clamp the tape and to pull the tape in the separating direction. CONSTITUTION:The tail end part Fa of a roll like sheet F is stuck to the adhesive part 7a of a tape 7 so that the non-adhesive part 7b of the tape 7 is placed on the winding end side. The sheet F is then rotated in the direction of loosening the winding, and the tape part 7b is sucked by a suction roller 17 to stop the rotation. The tape 7 is clamped to the suction roller 17 by a clamper 26. The suction roller 17 and the clamper 26 are provided at an arm 13 turned/ moved from a tape separating position to a sheet delivery position, and the tape 7 is pulled out being clamped in the state of being stuck to the sheet F and then separated. The separation of the tape 7 can be thereby performed automatically.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of an unequal pitch type synchronous intermittent feeder by using a system in which a cylindrical cam is intermittently turned and an object to be driven is moved or stopped at an unequal pitch by the cam whose surface is provided with carved unequal pitch and a cam floor coupled with the cam of unequal pitch. CONSTITUTION:A cam cylinder 1 is provided on working station leading to U- turn portions 3 and 3' whose both ends are provided with a delivery mechanism and a cam cylinder 2 is provided on the return side. The cylinders 1 and 2 are intermittently turned by an intermittent drive mechanism, e.g., Geneva mechanism, etc., (not illustrated). Also, the peripheries of the cylinders 1 and 2 are provided with carved groove or thread-shaped cams 1a and 2a which are coupled with a cam floor 9 provided to a mobile nest 8 along the moving path. In this case, the cam 1a of the cam cylinder 1 is formed at lead angles theta1-theta3 determined in line with the pitch of working stations S1-S4, and therefore, the unequal pitch intermittent delivery of works placed on the nest 8 is made possible.

Then, only the magazine 8 decided to be good as the inspected result is housed in the photosensitive film magazine container.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make easier the intermittent delivery of object to be driven as well as raise the accuracy of stopping position when stopping the object by using a system in which cams are carved on the surface of a cylinder cam to be turned intermittently and an object to be driven is moved or stopped by a cam floor coupled with said cam. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a motor 1 is converted into an intermittent rotation through Geneva mechanism 2 and gear row 9, amplified, and transmitted to a cam cylinder 5 whose periphery is provided with carved groove or thread- shaped cam 5. A nest 3 on which a work is placed is moved along a guide (not illustrated) through a cam floor 6 coupled with the cam 5a. The cam 5a of the cam cylinder 5 is provided with a portion, or a stop portion, such that no propulsion of lead angle 0 deg. is produced only between angles alpha and beta at a rate of one time per two times' rotation of the cam cylinder. When the cam floor 6 is present in the stop portion, the stopping accuracy of the nest 3 can be raised by temporarily stopping the cam cylinder 5.
