    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the deviation of cancel quantity caused by a temperature change or any change with the passage of time at a circuit for canceling a DC component, which is generated at a receiver, contained in an intermittently received base band signal outputted from the high frequency reception part of a radio call receiver, converted digital and dispatched to a decoder part. SOLUTION: An analog base band signal outputted from the high frequency reception part is converted to a digital value by an A/D converter 1 and defined as one input of an adder 3, and the average moving amount of the DC component in that digital value is found by an average circuit 2. According to the information of intermittently received noise and significant blocks provided at a discrimination part 5, a control part 6 stores the average moving amount of the DC component in the noise block into a memory 4 and the significant block is canceled by inputting its stored value to the other side of the adder 3 for subtracting it.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the troubles for a user during vehicle driving to make call reception processing through depression of a call reception key of a mobile telephone set, when an incoming call comes to the mobile telephone set mounted on an automobile that is driven. SOLUTION: For example, a transmission reception section 12 of the portable telephone set 1 sends/receives a voice signal via an antenna 11 under the control of a CPU 19 and outputs a received voice from a loudspeaker 13 and transmits a voice signal picked up by microphone 14. A detection means is configured by the CPU 19 that detects a driving state of vehicle, based on number of revolutions of the engine of the automobile detected by an engine number of revolution detection section 18 energized with a battery of the vehicle via cables 4, 5 and a cigarette lighter adaptor section 2, and a communication start means 20 conducts call reception processing automatically corresponding to an incoming call to the telephone set 1 in a detected driving state. Furthermore, a power supply section 7 receives power from the battery 3 and a key entry section 15 accepts entry from the user and a display section 16 displays data.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demodulation circuit in which the eliminating effect of a frequency offset is prevented by the increase in the frequency offset resulting in increasing an offset component in a reception symbol wave thereby causing considerable distortion to a waveform of the reception symbol wave. SOLUTION: A frame synchronization detection circuit 14 detects a frame synchronizing signal and provides a detection signal (d) to a counter circuit 15 by using a time given to one frame for the period, the counter circuit 15 counts the time by an oscillation signal P from a voltage controlled oscillator 10 to provide a count N to an error detection circuit 16. The error detection circuit 16 obtains a difference between a reference count stored in advance and a moving mean value of the count N for a plurality of number of times, provides the voltage corresponding to the difference to the voltage controlled oscillator 10 as a control voltage V so as to approach the frequency of an oscillation signal P to the frequency when no frequency offset is present.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate correction errors when the input level of a circuit which offsets DC components contained in base-band analog signals outputted front a high-frequency receiving section of a radio paging receiver is high. SOLUTION: Base-band analog signals are inputted to one side of a buffer 1 and amplified by means of an amplifier 2. An A/D converter 3 converts the analog signals into digital signals and inputs the digital signals to one side of an adder 5 and a level detector 4 monitors the value level of the digital signals. Then an averaging circuit 7 finds the running average value of the digital values. A control section 8 stores the running average value of the DC component of noise in a memory 9 in accordance with the information on whether the digital signals are in a noise section or a significant section obtained front a decision section 6 and the information from the level detector 4 and, when the data are in the significant section, offsets the DC offset by inputting the value stored in the memory 9 for subtraction when the detected level is low or corrects the DC deviation by adding a reference value to the value stored in the memory 9 by giving the stored value to another adder 11 and giving the sum to the other input of the buffer after converting the sum into an analog value when the detected level is high.
