摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent the occurrence of a stress due to bowing phenomenon of a lower header tank through simple constitution. SOLUTION: A heat-exchange panel comprises an upper header tank; a lower header tank 2: and a tube group 3 to couple together the header tanks. A dispersion pipe 4 extending throughout the approximate overall length is inserted in the lower header tank 2. A microgap 21 is provided between the inner peripheral surface of approximate a half of a lower header tank 2 and the outer peripheral surface of the dispersion pipe 4. A space 20 is formed between the upper part of the lower header tank 2 and the upper surface plate of the dispersion pipe 4 and a through-hole 44 is formed in the upper surface plate of the dispersion pipe 4 approximately throughout an overall length. The dispersion pipe 4 has inflow ports opened to the inlet side of the lower header tank 2, and liquefied gas flows in the space 20 through the through-holes 44 after the flow of it through the inflow ports.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out safe operation and simlify of maintenance by effectively liquefying and gasifying city gas in one heat generating vessel. CONSTITUTION:City gas supplied from a feeder pipe passage 1 to an intermediate pressure A passage 4 is liquefied and stored in an LNG tank 10 when demand is small. When demand is large, it is gasified and evenly suplied. At the time of gasifying the city gas, cooling heat is extracted from a tube 21 in a liquefying and gasifying heat exchanger 20, and stored in a heat generating agent 44 in a heat generating vessel 30 as latent heat or sensible heat. When the city gas is liquefied, the stored cooling heat is supplied to the tube 21 from tubes 81, 82, 83. The cooled and liquefied city gas is stored on the LNG tank 10. In the heat generating vessel 30, the heat generating agent 44 is stored and supplied according to temperature level by utilizing temperature distribution of the heat generating agent 4 in a vertical direction.

The outside pipe 52 is arranged ground the external heat-transfer pipe 36, extending from the joint section of the external heat-transfer pipe 36 and the top face of a third tube plate 30 to the middle of the external heat-transfer pipe 36, and the lower end 52a of this outside pipe 52 is connected to the top face of the third tube plate 30, making an upper end 52b a free end. A lid 54 is liftably inserted into the gap 56 between the outside pipe 52 and the external heat-transfer pipe 36, sealing the gap 56 by this lid.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a residual liquefied gas discharge device, and to stabilize the calorie of the vaporized gas by forming an inlet pipe to feed the raw material from a raw material supply source to a lower header tank in up-grade condition, and installing a bypass to connect the immediately downstream of a main control valve of the inlet pipe to an outlet piping of an vaporizer. SOLUTION: In stopping the operation, supply of the raw material liquefied gas is stopped, a main control valve 2 and an outlet side control valve 5 are closed, and a bypass control valve 7 of a bypass piping 6 is opened to continue vaporization of the liquefied gas left in the vaporizer 1. The pressure in the vaporizer 1 is increased by the vaporized gas. Because the inlet pipe 3 is arranged in up-grade condition toward the vaporizer 1, the residual liquefied gas flows toward the upstream of the inlet pipe 3 by the gravity and is pushed up in the bypass pipe 6. The liquefied gas is vaporized while it passes through a heat radiation pipe 8, and fed into an outlet pipe 4. The liquefied gas is not left in the inlet pipe 3, and fluctuation in calorie caused by the residual heavy component is eliminated in the re-starting.

Liquefied natural gas, led into the inner container from the outside of the outer container, is taken out through a communicating passage 40 after being gasified by virtue of heat exchanging with the heating medium inside an inner heat exchanger tube 16 running through an outer heat exchanger tube 36. Therefore only the inner container comes in direct contact with the liquefied natural gas and the outer container not coming into direct contact with the gas is not cooled extremely and a large temperature difference between the inner heat exchanger tube 16 and the outer container is not generated. Thus growth of ice on the outside surface of the outer container is restrained and a major thermal stress is generated neither in the inner heat exchanger tube 16 nor the outer container even if the two are connected together.

The accumulator of the vessel 6 is fed under pressure by a low temperature brine pump 12 via a low temperature brine tube 11, and then supplied to a cold heat using system 14 via a low temperature brine supply tube 13.

In the inner heating tube 17, an upper position of the jet hole 21 is closed by a plug 22, and the inner heating tube 17 is inserted to the second header 7 and connected to a header 9 supplied with liquefied petroleum gas.
