    • PURPOSE:To restrain ice from growing on the outer surface of a barrel by constructing a gasifier in double structure equipped with an outer container and an inner container, fixing an inner heat exchanger tube, through which a heating medium is flowed, on the outer container, leading liquefied gas into the inner container to reduce thermal stress generated in the inner heat exchanger tube and the like. CONSTITUTION:An outer container is formed by arranging a first and a second tube plates 12, 14 on an outer cylinder 10 and an inner container is composed of a fourth tube plate 34, an inner cylinder 32 and a third tube plate 30. Liquefied natural gas, led into the inner container from the outside of the outer container, is taken out through a communicating passage 40 after being gasified by virtue of heat exchanging with the heating medium inside an inner heat exchanger tube 16 running through an outer heat exchanger tube 36. Therefore only the inner container comes in direct contact with the liquefied natural gas and the outer container not coming into direct contact with the gas is not cooled extremely and a large temperature difference between the inner heat exchanger tube 16 and the outer container is not generated. Thus growth of ice on the outside surface of the outer container is restrained and a major thermal stress is generated neither in the inner heat exchanger tube 16 nor the outer container even if the two are connected together.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble from being generated due to a thermal stress by providing a spiral groove on the inner surface of a main pipe, bringing into a lining blank pipe contact with to the inner surface of the main pipe, and absorbing a difference of coefficients of thermal expansion of the main pipe and the lining pipe. CONSTITUTION:A spiral groove 11' is formed on the inner surface of a main pipe 11 by a roller working, etc. Subsequently, a lining blank pipe 12 of a thin wall made of Ti, Zr, etc. is inserted into the main pipe which has formed the groove 11' on the inner surface. To this lining blank pipe 12, a stress exceeding a yield point of the thin wall lining blank pipe 12 is applied by operating an explosion, a hydraulic pressure, etc., and a lining pipe 13 is brought into contact with each other and formed on the inner surface of the main pipe 11 and in the groove 11'. Since the inner surface of the lining pipe 13 is brought to a groove working and formed in a shape of a waveform, a thermal expansion difference of a lining material such as Ti, Zr, etc. of a corrosion resisting material, and a base material is absorbed. In this way, a thermal stress load to a lining pipe end part is reduced, and a lining pipe of a long service life is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the circularlity of a pressure container, by wrapping and fastening a corrosion-resistant material around the smooth outer surface of a split type cylindrical jig, in a true-circle cross-sectioned shape, continuously welding the corrosion-resistant material in the longitudinal direction thereof, shrinkage-fitting, onto the welded corrosion-resistant material, a container barrel body having its inner surface smoothly polished, and thereafter removing the jig. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate-like lining material made of, for example, Ti, Zr, Ta, Nb or the like, and having a thickness of substantially 2-5mm. is wrapped onto the outer surface of a split type jig 1, and then is fastened by fastening fixtures 2, 2' to form a true-circular wrapped lining member 3. Therefore, the abutment parts of the member 3 is continuously jointed together by wleding 4 in the longitudinal direction of the member 3. Then, a container barrel body 5 having its inner surface mechanically processed is shrinkage-fitted at a temperature of about 100-500 deg.C onto the member 3, after the weldment part 4 being smoothly polished. Then, after a predetermined time being elapsed, the split-type jig 1 is removed. With this arrangement, a pressure container having a higher circularity may be obtained.
