    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement type radio wave absorber showing an absorption property stable in a high-frequency band of 1 GHz or higher, having workability with fluidity, and the like, and a strength and a radio wave absorption property together, being thin and light with a high dielectric constant and a dielectric loss, being durable in outdoor use for a long term because of nonflammability and no degradation with ultraviolet rays, being no need for a back metal, being inexpensive, excellent in reliability, able to relieve sizing accuracy, workable with direct adhesion on sprayed mortar like a usual tile and being excellent in workability and reliability with direct spraying or mortar coating, or the like, on an optional substrate. SOLUTION: A flat iron oxide powder whose mean thickness is 30 μm or less and where the weight ratio of particles having a shortest size in a face of more than 25 μm is 50% or more is mixed with a hydrated and solidified inorganic material to form the cement type radio wave absorber.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an interference wave shielding structure for a radio wave receiving antenna for preventing an interference between a reception desired radio wave and an undesired electromagnetic interference wave by preventing the undesired electromagnetic interference wave from being incident to a radio wave receiving antenna, for example, such as a ground antenna for the radio wave reception of satellite communication.
      SOLUTION: This interference wave shielding structure 1 is provided with a rectangular hollow shielding structure 2 for enclosing the ground antenna 70 for satellite communication radio wave reception with the top end side left open to receive a satellite communication radio wave and preventing a direct wave of a ground wave from being incident to the antenna 70, and a radio wave absorber 3 attached to the inner surface of the rectangular hollow shielding structure 2 to absorb a diffracted wave of the ground wave.
