摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion of the beans of ducts and fan impellers in a dust collecting system of a confluent system by providing a preliminary dust collector in the furnace top part, and making the capturing of the dust of large grain sizes in the furnace top gases possible. CONSTITUTION:The furnace to dusty gases contg. the dust generated from a raw material charging conveyor and a top charger in the top part of a blast furnace are conducted through a dust collecting hood 10 at the furnace top to a preliminary dust collector 18. The dust of relatively large grain sizes contained in the gases is captured in the collector 18. The gases are joined with the dusty gases generated in a hearth part and are removed of dust with a dust collector 16 installed on the ground. By such dust collecting system, the dust of relatively large grain sizes is captured at the furnace top and the abrasion of the bends of dusts 12, 22 and the fan impellers of fans 14, 20 is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily control dust collection according to a dust generating pattern, in a dust collecting installation having a fixed trough and a movable trough, by raising and falling the movable trough in such a manner that a damper is brought to a throttled state when dust is generated. CONSTITUTION:In a dust collecting installation constituted by mounting a damper 10 consisting of a fixed trough 12 and a freely raising and falling movable trough 13 under an electric dust collector 9, when a dust generating amount is abruptly increased in a tapping initial period and a tapping terminal period, a solenoid valve and an oil pressure cylinder are operated by a signal from an operation control apparatus to fall the movable trough 13. By this operation, because an opening area between the fixed trough 12 and the movable trough 13 becomes small and the damper 10 is brought to a throttled state, the flow rate of a passing gas is reduced and dust can be certainly collected without increasing the load of the dust collector 9 over its capacity.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect down reaches apparatuses of a turbine by providing an emergencey cooling system in a by-pass line of a turbine and driving the emergency cooling unit with a turbine trip signal. When the turbine stopped suddenly, a valve 40 is closed with a trip signal owing to the sudden stop for the by-pass valve 5 to eventually be opened, and the emergency cooling unit 6 is brought into operation simultaneously therewith.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the titled dust-collector and to assuredly inhibit the clogging of a nozzle, by cyclically reusing used cleaning water after solid- liquid separation, and spraying fresh water or air through the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Dust-contg. air is let flow between the discharge electrode 32 and the dust-collecting electrode 33 of an electric dust-collector 10. When a certain amount of dustadherent to the dust-collecting electrode 33 accumulates, treating water is fed from a supply source A, and pressurized water is sprayed through a nozzle 34, to wash away the dust. The dust-contg. water is dropped from a screen plate 35 to a hopper 36, carried through a drain through 37 to a solid- liquid separator, where the dust is separated from the water, and then circulated to the nozzle 34. The water is sprayed for a fixed time and then stopped, so that dust is adsorbed again. After stop of the washing water, a three-way valve 11 is switched to feed clarified water or compressed air from a supply source B and to spray said water or air through the nozzler 34. Consequently, the treating water remaining at the top end of the nozzle 34 is blown off, and the clogging of the nozzle 34 is prevented.
