    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the obtaining of a high heat exchanging performance even under the condition of energy saving operation, in which the flow rate of refrigerant is small. SOLUTION: A heat transfer tube with inner surface groove is made by a method wherein a plurality of grooves are formed on one side of the strip of a metallic sheet through rolling and a tube is formed so as to keep the surface, on which the grooves are formed, at the inside, then, the abutted ends are connected through welding. Two kinds of groove groups 1, 2 having different pitches in the circumferential direction of the tube, having different twisting directions or having different twisting angles are arranged alternately in areas having different widths W1 , W2 in the circumferential direction of the tube. Further, the grooves having small twisting angle are formed on the area having wide width. When the width of the wider area is represented by a notation W1 and that of the narrower area is represented by another notation W2 , it is specified that W1 /W2 =1.1-3.0. On the other hand, the smaller twisting angle is 40-20 deg. and the larger twisting angle is 15-90 deg..

    • PURPOSE: To provide a weight-reducible heat-transfer tube for an absorber which is excellent in a heat-transfer ability without lowering in an assembling workability to amount the tube to a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: Absorber heat-transfer tubes 10 which comprise a plurality of horizontally laid out tubes are provided with a plurality of recessed parts 11 which extend in the tube axial direction and laid out intermittently where the center P of the recessed parts 11 between the rows of adjacent tubes in the tube peripheral direction and the center Q of the other rows between the recessed parts 11 are identical to each other about the tube axial direction while the ration Lo /L between the length Lo of the overlapped areas of the recessed parts in the adjacent rows in the tube peripheral direction and the length L of the recessed parts range from 0.2 to 0.8. The ratio between the width in the tube peripheral direction of the recessed parts and the width of recessed parts 12 between the recessed parts ranges from 0.5 to 1.5mm where the length of the recessed parts ranges from 10 to 50mm. An even area 13 having no recessed part which includes both ends in the longitudinal direction is installed to at least two locations. The ratio between a radius of curvature of a circle comprising an envelop which connects the tops of the projected parts between the recessed parts in the cross section which intersects to the tube axis at a right angle and a radius of curvature of the even area is specified to range from 0.97 to 1.03.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the electrode for a surface treatment which can prevent the corrosion at the end of an electrode body and can be reduced in size and cost in an electrochemical treatment using an electrolyte for metal plating, resin electrodeposition, etc., as a medium. CONSTITUTION:A blind cylindrical member 6 having the corrosion resistance higher than the corrosion resistance of the electrode body 1 is fitted to the end of the electrode body 1 having a copper core material 3 having an electrical conductivity, an outer layer 2a of platinum consisting of a material having the higher corrosion resistance than the corrosion resistance of this copper core material 3 and an intermediate layer 2b of niobium. The above-mentioned electrode is constituted by fitting a cylindrical member 5 onto this blind cylindrical member 6. This cylindrical member 5 extends by a length L to the base end side of the electrode body 1 from the blind cylindrical member 6. This length L is set at >=5 times the spacing (t) between the inside surface of the magnetic cylindrical members 5 and the electrode body 1.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a joining strength, etc., by activating the surfacers of the sheath material and core material consisting of dissimilar metals, press- fitting a joining interface by a cold drawing, then, performing a hot rolling by sealing both ends of the press-fitted boundary. CONSTITUTION:The sheath material 1 and core material 2 consisting of dissimilar metals are activated by an acid liquid, etc., and engaged. After performing the clearance fit of the sheath material 1 and core material 2 in this state with their cold drawing the joining interface of the sheath material 1 and core material 2 is press-fitted with a cold drawing. In succession, the fitted material is cut in the necessary length, a machining 3 is performed at the center of the core material 2 on both end faces as well and the peripheral edge thereof is sealed by a TIG welding, etc. A composite plate bar material is obtd. with the hot rolling of this material finally. Owing to the dissimilar metal being cleanly activated and press-fitted, then, subjected to a diffused junction in hot treatment, the improvement of the joining strength and the optional setting of the unit weight of a product are enabled.
