    • PURPOSE:To get rid of slippage at the time of low speed by fitting one coil spring between an input shaft and an output shaft and installing the output side end portion thereof on an output shaft while engaging the other end portion with a claw which swings by centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:The output shaft side end portion 12a of a coil spring 12 which is fitted between an output shaft 2 and an input shaft 1 is installed on the output shaft 2 by a pin 13. A centrifugal claw 14 is installed on the outside face of a magnet rotor 6 provided on the input shaft 1 by means of a pivotal pin 15 interposing a biased spring 16. At the time of the rotating speed above a defined value of an input shaft 1, the rear end portion 14b of the centrifugal claw 14 is moved outward by centrifugal force while the front end portion 14a is engaged with the bent portion 12b of the coil spring 12. In this condition, the coil spring 12 windingly fastens the input shaft 1 and output shaft 2 in a body, transmitting the rotation of the input shaft 1 side to the output shaft 2 as it is. At the time of low speed rotation, the centrifugal claw 14 is removed from the engaging portion 12b and the winding fastening is loosened without causing slippage.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent generation of frictional heat and to attain reliable operation at low price by providing a driving shaft on outer ring side and a driven shaft on shoe side of the concentric structure and pressing a ball disposed on the driving shaft side to be brought into contact with a recess portion on the surface of the driven shaft by a spring to interlock with light load. CONSTITUTION:A driving member 4 having an outer ring 7 is fixed to a driving shaft 1, and three shoes 8 brought into frictional engagement with the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 7 are loosely fitted to a boss member 9 fixed to a driven shaft 11 by a groove 10 to move in the radial direction. The driven shaft 11 is engaged with a driving member 4 through a needle bearing 19, and provided with a recess portion 12 formed on the surface, where a ball 15 urged by a spring 14 is fitted. When the driven shaft 11 is stopped, the ball 15 comes off the recess portion 12, so that the driving shaft 1 can be rotated. Accordingly, when overload is applied to the driven shaft 11 during rotation, engagement of a clutch device 2 is released to prevent generation of friction heat, and reliable operation can be attained at low price in a simple structure suitable for mass-production.

Further, it is preferable to install a sixth pulley 51 integrally rotating coaxially around a rotating shaft 3a between a fifth pulley 37 provided at the top end part of the rotating shaft 3a of the slope cutting blade 3 and the upper surface of a cover 29.

The second belt 36 is stretched between the second pulley 33 and the forth pulley 35 fixed on the rotary shaft 1a of a horizontal surface-cutting blade 1, and the third belt 38 is stretched between the third pulley 34 and the fifth pulley 37 fixed on a rotary shaft 3a of a slope face-cutting blade 3.
