摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip metal coating device of an aerial pot system by which stable plating operation can be tealized. SOLUTION: The hot dip metal coating device has a holding vessel 3 of a hot dip metal coating bath 4 which executes hot dip metal coating to a metallic strip 1 by making the metallic strip 1 enter the bath from a lover part thereof and a first magnetic field generator 2 which is disposed at a lower end part of the holding vessel, generates an alternating magnetic field penetrating the metallic strip in a board thickness direction and holds the hot dip metal coating bath 4. In this case, a second magnetic field generator 6 which generates the alternating magnetic field penetrating the metallic strip in the board thickness direction is installed above the holding vessel 3 by holding the metallic strip 1 therebetween. Further, a coating weight controller 5 for controlling thickness of the hot dip metal coating on a metallic strip surface may be installed above the holding vessel by holding the metallic strip therebetween.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead pot for hot-dip plating in which hot-dip plating metal is naturally flowed out from a nozzle for spraying hot-dip plating metal and free from the remaining and sticking of the plating metal to the inside face of the nozzle. SOLUTION: Nozzles 6 spraying hot-dip plating metal on both faces of the surface and back of a steel strip 1 passing through an opening part formed at the bottom are provided slantly on the lower part in the pot. Hot-dip plating metal 7 is fed from headers 5 connected to a sub-pot to the nozzles 6, is sprayed on the steel strip 1 and is housed in a hot-dip plating metal housing part in the upper direction of the nozzles. The excess hot-dip plating metal 7 gets over overflow weirs 8 and is recovered from exhaust tubes 12 to the sub-pot. At the time of the stop of the plating, in the case that plugs 13 are pulled up, the hot-dip plating metal 7 in the nozzles 6 naturally flows down to the headers 5, undergoes exhaust tubes 14 and are recovers to the sub-pot.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the graviational falling of hot-dip plating metal from the opening part for carrying-in steel strips of an overhead pot at the time of the start and stop of plating in hot-dip plating using the air pot provided with an electromagnet so as to surround the openint part for carrying-in strips provided on the bottom part of the pot. SOLUTION: At the time of the start of plating, the tapered tip side faces of the movable parts 21 and 22 of an electromagnet are pushed against both faces of the surface and back of a steel strip 1 to form a V-shaped gap 25, and hot-dip plating metal 6 is fed to an overhead pot 5 from a sub-pot 8. At the time of point in which the V-shaped gap 25 is filled with the hot-dip plating metal 6, an electromagnet 10 is energized, and upward electromagnetic force preventing graviational falling is exerted on the hot-dip plating metal 6. Then, the movable parts 21 and 22 are opened to form an opening gap enabling the running of the steel strip 1, and by passing the steel strip 1 through the inside of the hot-dip plating metal 6 in the overhead pot 6 from the below to the above, the steel strip is applied with hot-dip plating. At the time of the stop of the plating, the movable parts 21 and 22 of the electromagnet are pushed against the both faces of the surface and back of the steel strip 1 to form the V-shaped gap 25, the energization of the electromagnet is stopped, and the hot-dip plating metal 6 is recovered from the overhead pot 5 to the sub-pot 8.

The hot-dip plating metal 1 separated from the recovering rolls 21 and 31 is recovered into pans 22 and 32 by doctor blades abutted on the circumferential faces of the individual recovering rolls 21 and 31, and the falling and sticking of the hot-dip plating metal 6 to a seal roll and a deflector roll arranged at the lower direction is prevented.

SOLUTION: The pickled, hot-rolled steel strip S is fed into an electrolytic cleaning vessel 20 and anodic-electrolyzed in electrolytic solution containing a chelating agent. Successively, after removing the smut left on the surface of the steel strip with a brush device 21, the hot-rolled steel strip S is fed into a reduction annealing furnace 10 to perfectly remove the smut with a direct firing type reduction burner 13. The hot-rolled steel strip S is reduction-treated in a reduction zone 12 and fed into a hot-dipping metal bath M to make the hot dip coated steel strip. Since a large part of smut is removed from the surface of the steel strip with the electrolytic cleaning and the brushing, in the reduction annealing furnace 10, the steel strip is adjusted to the surface state having entirely non-existence of the smut with oxidation-reduction reaction by using the direct firing type reduction burner 13.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the workability of an alloyed galvanized steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:A galvannealed steel sheet is held to the temp. range of 520 to 700 deg.C for 5 to 30sec to alloy the plated layer, and after the alloy treatment, by rapid cooling, the alloying reaction is stopped. As for the rapid cooling, preferably, the temp. of the steel sheet is reduced to =40 deg.C/sec cooling rate. In the alloying treatment, by suppressing and preventing the formation of a GAMMA phase and a zeta phase, powdery peeling (i.e., powdering) and flaky peeling are not generated on the plated layer event if it is subjected to intensive working such as bending, so that a sound plated film face can be secured.
