摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the removing efficiency of the slag at a welded art by preventing bending deformation of a multi-core chisel when a corner part of a main column is turned in the movement along a welded layer. SOLUTION: A guide body 7 capable of being reciprocated copying a welding groove line 2 of main columns 1 by a moving means 9 is loaded on a pedestal 3 of rectangular frame shape in the plan view to surround an outer periphery of the main columns 1, and a slag removing means 18 which is advanced in the direction orthogonal to the welding groove line 2 of the main columns 1l, softly and intermittently presses the welded layer to peel and remove the slag, and is provided with a working means 20 to be rapidly retracted at the prescribed stroke. The working means 20 has the effect to retract the slag removing means 18 by the signal at the position where the advancement of the slag removing means 18 is overrun at a corner part of the main columns 1, while the driving means 9 is switched in a reverse direction by the position signal after the slag removing means 18 makes a turn around the main columns 1.

摘要： PURPOSE: To move trucks easily between beams by a method wherein a set of the trucks are placed and fixed onto a pair of the beams, specified operation is conducted, a set of other travelling rails are sent out forwards, and the trucks are moved onto the travelling rails and fixed. CONSTITUTION: Traversing wheels 3' for the outer rails 4 of a truck 1 are placed on a pair of beams 8, 8', and the outer rails 4 are fixed onto the beams 8, 8'. The travel device 3 of the outer rails 4 of the truck 1 is driven in movement in the X direction, and made to travel on the forward beam 8' in the travelling direction of the truck 1, and the truck 1 is fixed onto the beam 8' by a truck fixing device. The mounting operation of an upper beam onto a column 13 and ancillary operation are performed on a working stage 11 by using a lifter 10, and a truck-rail lifting device is driven after operation and inner rails 5 are elevated. When the truck 1 is shifted in the direction orthogonal to a travelling rail 6, the truck 1 is moved along a pair of the beams 8, 8' by the traversing wheels 3', and the travelling rail 6 is sent out forwards. Accordingly, operation can be executed easily without employing a temporary scaffolding.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal perimeter sealing system of pipe for electron beam welding, which seals each pipe of two pipes to be welded together when they are welded, and lets a welding carriage readily go through inside the pipe when no welding is performed. SOLUTION: When welding a butt joint 58 of each pipe 1, 2, compressed air is supplied inside the first sealing member 28. This makes the first sealing member 28 expand, the second sealing member 29 expand and protruded strips 43 of the third sealing member 30 contact internal perimeter of each pipe 1, 2. This shuts airtightly an internal space 24 of the butt joint 58 against atmosphere. After welding the sealed butt joint 58, the compressed air inside the first sealing member is exhausted. This makes the first sealing member 28 shrink, the second sealing member 29 be folded to external perimeters of each base member 18, 19. Also the third sealing member 30 returns, with its own resilient force, to the external perimeter side of each base member 18, 19, releasing seals at each pipe 1, 2. This makes the welding carriage 7 travel readily inside the pipe.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of the multi-layered multipath welding of the horizontal butt joint by sensing a groove shape before the final path operation of each layer. SOLUTION: Before the operation of a 4th path as the final path of a 4th layer, sensing is carried out to securely detect feature points of the groove shape. After the sensing, a CCD image is obtained through a CCD camera. At a detection point C, an inflection point is obtained without being affected by a welding bead shape, so detection precision is improved. In the performance order of groove welding, a path to be welded is set as a 1st path of each layer according to information obtained from the detection point C and the 1st path is welded first. Information after the sensing is utilized immediately for next welding, so the detection point C is never embedded as a result of other welding and a welding torch can perform operation securely at an aimed position.
