摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the abnormality of a track in real time by a simple opera tion. SOLUTION: In an abnormality detection device, by using a neural network 41 from which degree of certainty data on predetermined track abnormality are output when a required number of feature data are input thereto, vibration data from a vibration sensor 11 are separated for the respective vibration data containing components related to specified track abnormalities by a separation means 20. The separated vibration data are statistically processed by a statistical processing means 30 so as to obtain feature data, the feature data are input to the neural network 41 so as to compute the degree of certainty data, and the existence of the track abnormalities are detected, by the degree of certainty data.

Thus, learning of the neural network is performed while the combustion device is in operation by replacing a part of the teacher data of the initial neural network 421 and the operation data of the combustion device with the teacher data which are prepared by being incorporated in an on-line manner, by an on-line neural network generating means 423. That means, the on-line learning of the neural network is performed, and a new neural network 422 is generated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To set an amount of generation per unit time of a char to the most appropriate value and reduce an amount of use of coal and oxygen by a method wherein each of target values of a heating calorie of combustible gas and its flow rate is set, an operating parameter is determined within a predetermined range in response to the set target values. CONSTITUTION:The most appropriate value ranges of an operating parameter are calculated in response to each of characteristics based on an air ratio in view of a safety and an economical characteristic for a target value of a heating calorie and a target value of a flow rate. As operating parameters, an air ratio in a furnace 2. a supplying flow rate of oxygen into the furnace 2 and a supplying flow rate of coal into the furnace 2 are set. The safety determining means may determine the operating parameters in such a way as they show an amount of generation per unit time of the char so as not to clog within the flow passages such as pipes 6 and 8. A flow rate of coal fed from the passage 3 and a flow rate of oxygen supplied from the passage 5 are reduced and the economical characteristic of it can be improved by the economical characteristic determining means so as to select the operating parameters.
