摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent incomplete combustion by automatically controlling the amount of secondary air for combustion on the basis of the luminance of the flame inside the furnace. CONSTITUTION:An industrial television camera 11 monitors the luminance inside a fluidized-bed furnace 1. When the luminance of the flame therein rises above a specified value, the rise is detected and processed by an image- processing device 12 into a signal which is outputted to an air flow-controlling device 13 to make it instantly increase thesupply of secondary air by so controlling the opening. Usually this supply is automatically controlled by means of thermometer 16 and an O2 meter 17. This constitution prevents incomplete combustion.

摘要： PURPOSE: To contrive the restriction of generation of CO and NOx by a method wherein the mixed fuel burning ratio of matters to be incinerated, which are different in the properties thereof, is estimated at real time while the set values of furnace outlet gas temperature, fluidizing air flow rate and secondary air flow rate are lead out employing the estimated value of the mixed fuel burning ratio to effect effective combustion control in accordance with the supplying amount of matters to be incinerated. CONSTITUTION: Upon burning matters to be incinerated in a fluidized bed incinerator, the mixed fuel burning ratio of the matters to be incinerated, which are different in the properties thereof, is estimated at real time employing a measuring signal in the fluidized bed incinerator and signal processing by a neural network 28 whereby a furnace outlet gas temperature, a fluidizing air flow rate and a secondary air flow rate are lead out in accordance with the supplying amount of matters to be incinerated to determine an operating amount from these values and control the combustion. The fluidizing air flow rate GA1 , a fluidizing air temperature TA1 , the secondary air flow rate GA2 , a secondary air temperature TA2 , a water pouring amount GSP in layer, the furnace outlet gas temperature TC, a layer temperature TB and a furnace outlet oxygen concentration O2 are employed as the measuring signals.

CONSTITUTION:A TV camera 20 faced to the window provided at the furnace wall of a refuse incinerator 1 is provided so as to photograph the inner side of furnace 1. A picture signal is processed in a picture processing device 22 and the signal showing the burnout level of the furnace 1 is outputted to a control device 24 through line 23. The burnout level inputted is compared with the predetermined burnout level by the control device 24, the signal indicating the air flow is conducted to lines 25-28 in accordance with the deviation value and added to the signals of lines 13-16. Respective flow setting signals indicating the air flow, corrected by the addition, may be conducted to the lines 60-63 respectively.
