摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing device which is movable while bearing a structure such as a bridge girder, wherein the sliding bearing device solves the following problem: if a low-frictional board forming the bearing device moves in interlock with movement of the structure, the low-frictional board is seriously damaged, and therefore a crawler formed of a plurality of low-frictional boards is required, resulting in a complicated structure of the device, increased manufacturing costs of the device, and increased construction costs of the structure.
SOLUTION: The present sliding bearing device 10 for erecting the structure has a base member 11, a lower stand 12 laterally movable on the base member 11, a low-frictional bearing mechanism 13 arranged on a lower surface of the lower stand 12, a plurality of hydraulic jacks 15 mounted on the lower stand 12, and an upper stand 14 borne by the hydraulic jacks 15, a low-frictional sliding bearing mechanism 16 arranged on an upper surface of the upper stand 14, etc. The low-frictional sliding bearing mechanism 16 bears the structure 2 with low friction via a low-frictional board 16a making contact with the structure 2, in a manner being movable in all directions in the horizontal plane.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the generation of solid-metal on the molten steel receiving surface of a side weir on a thin cast slab by using a twin roll type continuous caster and to prevent the biting of the solid-metal into a gap with the roll by shifting the solid-metal onto the central part or the upper part of a molten steel pool part. SOLUTION: A nozzle 10 for blowing gas toward the molten steel pool part 3, is arranged in the molten steel receiving surface 4a of the side weir. The generation of the solid-metal on the molten steel receiving surface 4a can be restrained with the bubbling action by blowing the gas toward the molten steel pool part 3 from the nozzle 10 during casting. Further, the solid-metal is made to harmless by shifting the solid-metal onto the central part or the upper part of the molten steel pool part 3 with the bubbling action and then, the enlargement of the gap with the roll caused by biting of the solid-metal into the gap kp with the roll is prevented and further, the leakage of the molten steel from the edge part of the cast slab and the breakage of the cast slab can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a steel sheet having excellent mechanical property by making crystal grain of a continuously cast thin billet to be fine polygonal ferritic grains. CONSTITUTION:Molten steel M of carbon steel containing >=0.1wt.% C is injected in a space formed with a couple of water cooled casting rolls 1 which are horizontally installed and driven to be rotated mutually in the reverse directions and a couple of side dams 2 which are abutted on both end parts of roll 1. A solidified shell G is generated when the melted steel M is brought into contact with the circumference of rolls 1 to be water cooled. The shell G is synchronously moved with the rolls 1 and integrated on the nearest contacting point with rolls 1 to be a thin billet S having thickness of =20%.

This cooling metal wires W prevent delay of the solidification at both end parts in the width direction of cast strip S without being melted with sensible heat of the molten metal R and the cast strip S having good shape is continuously cast.
