摘要： PURPOSE:To transport a longitudinal extending object easily in fluid by forming the object from a portion having a smaller specific gravity than the liquid and a one having greater specific gravity. CONSTITUTION:A cable 5 has flexibility in its longitudinal direction, and that portion of cable 5 which accommodates an adjusting member A displaces upward when set in a watercoarse 1, while that position of the cable 5 which accommodates another adjusting member B displaces downward, to provides such a form as bent zigzagged in the plumb plane in the direction 15 of water stream. Therefore, the projection area of the cable 5 becomes greater to the water stream. Thereby the cable 6 is given a force acting alongside the water stream through utilization of that great fluid resistance force which is obtained by water. Accordingly a minor power is required of the motor to tract the cable 5 which is in connection with a robot 4, said power being also allowed to be zero.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a rope stretched easily within a tubular pass wherein a liquid is flowing by connecting the rope to a float of nearly the same specific gravity as that of the flowing liquid and by putting the float into the liquid pass from the upstream end of a range through which the rope is to be stretched. CONSTITUTION:After an end part of a rope 3 is connected to the main body 9 of a float 1, the float 1 is hung with an electromagnet 19 and put into a liquid through a shaft 5. The float 1 is sunk into the liquid under a dead load of the electromagnet 19 and moved within a liquid pass 2 by the liquid flowing in a direction 4. Upon the entrance of the float 1 into the liquid pass 2, when the electromagnet 19 is demagnetized, the float 1 begins to flow together with the liquid in the pass 2 and the rope 3 is inserted as the float 1 is moving forward. The float 1 moves within the liquid pass 2 while pulling the rope 3. When the float 1 approaches nearby a shaft 6, a control signal is emitted so as to inflate a bag 16.

摘要： PURPOSE:To accurately detect a weld line without being influenced by arc light by detecting the state with a welding wire and base metal short-circuited by a droplet and picking up an optical cutting line on an image during that time in are welding. CONSTITUTION:A welding torch 10 moves in the arrow direction along the weld line 12 of the base metal 11 to be welded and proceeds to weld the base metal 11 while delivering the welding wire 13. Since welding is proceeded by repeating arcing and short-circuiting alternately and an arc is extinguished at the time of the short-circuit transferring state, the short-circuit transferring state of the droplet is detected and at that moment, the optical cutting line (bright line) is picked up 16 on an image, by which the position of the weld line 12 is detected accurately without being influenced by the arc light without providing a mechanism to shield the arc light perfectly and exactly. In this case, the short-circuit transferring state of the droplet can be easily detected by measuring the dark state (output decreasing state) by a photosensor 14.

The recovered water and the fine polishing members are introduced into a water jet feeding source 8 from a liquid recovering device 25 and used again.

摘要： PURPOSE:To plan the effective utilization of heat and to enable the retrenchment of the plant with the omission of steam bleeding from the turbine, by using the amount of steam bleeding from the turbine, by using the amount of exploited heat at the cooling and dehumidifying of the discharged compressed air of high temperature at the blast side of the blast furnace for heating the feed water of low pressure of the turbine condensate. CONSTITUTION:The blower 1 driven with the turbine 2 sucks the outside air through the air filter 10 and the compressed heated blast enters into the primary side 11' of the air-air heat exchanger 11 and, after that, enters into heater 7' for the feed water of low pressure. On the other hand, the steam heated with the boiler 3 drives the turbine 2, the discharged steam is condensed at the condenser 4 and the condensate is sent to the heater 7' for the feed water of low pressure passing through the ejector 5 and the gland-exhauster condenser 6. The heated compressed air fed at this heater 7' performs the heat exchange and the condensate deprives the fed air of heat, is heated to the higher temperature and is sent to the degassifier 9. On the other hand, the air which has been deprived of heat at the heater 7', has become low temperature, has been dehumidified and dried, is further cooled and dehumidified at the heat exchanger 12, is sent to the secondary side 11'' of the air-air heat exchanger 11, is heated to higher temperature by recovering the heat from the compressed heated air, is heated further to higher temperature at the hot stove 14 and is sent to the blast furnace 15.
