摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a rust-proof, humidity-proof and water-proof sheet which has a very high strength and can be reused by fusing as material. CONSTITUTION:A rust-proof sheet is formed of a sheet which is obtained by laminating successively an unwoven cloth, a synthetic resin film 3 and a synthetic resin cloth 4, and a gasifiable rust-resistant agent composition 2 contained in the unwoven surface of the sheet. By this, the rest-proof sheet has a good rust-proofness to iron under a high temperature and high humidity condition. Further, it can be regenerated by fusing to be reused. The rust-proof sheet, thus obtained, is prominent enough in the tensile strength that a bag made of this sheet never breaks in a normal handling.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a heat sealing film containing various favorable functions such as rust proofing under a state where heat-sealing properties are maintained, by forming a coated layer in a patterned state. CONSTITUTION:A coating part is provided on a film having heat-sealing properties in a patterned state. A patterned coating where, for example, one unit of a coating part is comprised of a circle having the diameter of 1mm and areas of the coating part and a noncoating part are equal with each other is performed. The pattern coating is effective especially for a group where a coated film is hard to be plasticized thermally and sufficient heat-sealing properties are not given and a case where a coated layer containing, for example, an ionizing radiation curing compound. A macromonomer having an ethylene property unsaturated group such as an acryloil group on a terminal of a compound having a comparatively high molecular weight such as polyamide polyacrylate is used preferably since the heat-sealing properties are easy to be revealed, a change of properties of a corrosionproof agent by heat is prevented, a heat-sealing and rustproof film maintains sufficiently the heat- sealing properties and favorable rustproof function.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the surface quality of a plastic film and thereby make it highly ink-receptive by providing an ink fixing layer consisting mainly of a colloidal silica complex emulsion with a specific glass transition point at least on one surface of plastic film. CONSTITUTION:A colloidal silica complex emulsion is a complex obtained by polymerizing a monomer having an ethylenic unsaturated bond in the pres ence of a colloidal silica using an emulsion polymerization. The glass transition point of the emulsion ranges from -30 to 20 deg.C. An ink-receptive layer consisting mainly of the colloidal silica complex emulsion is provided on the surface of film. Thus it is possible to obtain the film for offset printing which exhibits excellent receiving, scratch resistant and anti-blocking properties.

Proper compounding ratios of the above components are about 50-300 pts.wt. of benzotriazole or the like to 100 pts.wt. of hexamethylenetetramine and about 10-50 pts.wt. of amine salt of caprylic acid to 100 pts.wt. of the rust preventive compsn. By depositing the compsn. above described on a supporting body, an effective volatile rust preventive sheet is obtd. It is preferable to incorporate caprylic acid by 0.2-3.5g/m to this sheet.
