摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality fluorine-contained inert liquid useful as an insulating refrigerant for electric devices, having simply improved dielectric properties of resistivity, dielectric dissipation factor, breakdown voltage, by bringing a fluorine-contained inert liquid into contact with acid clay. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine-contained inert liquid is brought into contact with acid clay in a gaseous phase, or liquid phase, and in an inert gas atmosphere, if necessary, so that it is purified to give the titled high-purity compound. The fluorine-contained inert liquid usable in the purification includes C8F16O, C6H14, C5F12, C7F16, perfluoromethylhexane, perfluoro-1,3-dimethyl-cyclohexane, etc. In an example, granular acid clay is packed into a glass column having about 2cm inner diameter and about 30cm height, the fluorine-contained inert liquid (C8F16O) is made to flow at about 500ml/min flow rate from the top to it, and the liquid is taken out from the bottom of the glass column.

摘要： PURPOSE:To heat an insulating liquid by a heater and simplify a structure and make cooling of a transformer effective by a method wherein a liquid reservoir, in which an insulating liquid, which evaporates is stored, is provided to a bottom of a container wherein a core and a winding are contained and heat pipes are provided to an upper part of the container penetrating through a machine wall. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 and a winding 2 wound around the core 1 of an evaporation cooling type transformer are contained in a container 3. A liquid reservoir 7, in which evaporative insulating liquid 8 is stored, is provided to a bottom of the container 3 and the liquid 8 is heated by a heater 9. Heat pipes 4 are provided to an upper part of the container 3 penetrating through a machine wall and fins 5 and liquid sinks 7 cooled by fans 6 are provided to the pipes 4. With this constitution, the structure of the evaporation cooling type transformer is simplified and the core 1 and the winding 2 of the transformer are cooled efficiently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a method for determining furfural and derivatives in an insulating oil in a short time and diagnosing the lifetime of an oil-immersed electric machine with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:An insulating oil is sampled from an oil-immersed electric machine and mixed with an organic liquid for dissolving furfural and the like and then the mixture is shaken. An organic liquid layer is then sampled and the insulating oil component is removed by centrifugal separation. Subsequently, the organic liquid layer subjected to centrifugal separation is sampled and the furfural and the like is analyzed by fast liquid chromatograph, for example, thus diagnosing the lifetime of the oil-immersed electric machine. Since the insulating oil component in the organic liquid layer can be separated in a short time by centrifugal separation, the analytic time can be shortened and the accuracy of measurement can be enhanced by protecting the detector against noise.

摘要： PURPOSE:To qualitatively and quantitatively detect a very small amount of an org. reductive compound component with high sensitivity by using a solution prepared by adding a transparent water-soluble surfactant to a silver nitrate ammonia solution. CONSTITUTION:Ammonia is added to an aqueous silver nitrate solution until an once generated precipitate disappears to obtain a silver nitrate ammonia solution and an anionic transparent water-soluble surfactant is further added to said solution in an amount of about 1% to prepare an org. reductive compound detecting solution. Solutions containing a reductive compound, for example, acetaldehyde in amounts of about 2, 5 and 10ppm are preliminarily prepared to be added to the detecting solution by about 1.5ml to obtain sample solutions and the absorbancies of the sample solutions are measured at a wavelength of 360nm to form a calibration curve. When this detecting solution is used, precipitated silver is not bonded to the wall of a container and dispersed in the unreacted silver nitrate ammonia solution in a colloidal form and the transparent solution is changed to a yellow or yellowsh brown solution. On the basis of this discoloration or the degree thereof, an extremely small amount of an org. reductive component can be qualified and quantified.

摘要： PURPOSE:To accurately and simply diagnose deterioration of the device by passing gas through insulation oil and extracting the gas having boiling point at a specific temperature or higher from the insulation oil, and detecting deterioration product. CONSTITUTION:Insulation oil 2 collected from an oil-filled electric device is introduced from an inlet 4 into a vessel 1, a pump 33 is operated under a state so regulated that the vessel 1 communicated with a flowmeter 11, and then air is bubbled into the oil 2. Thus, components such as alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, etc., having boiling point of -30 deg.C or higher, which are the deteriorable component of cellulose insulating material contained in the oil 2, are extracted. Then, the concentration of the deteriorated component is measured as a total amount by detecting means 12 such as a hot-wire type semiconductor sensor, etc., made of tin oxide ceramics, and displayed on a concentration display unit. Thus, deterioration of the device can be accurately and simply diagnosed.
