摘要： PURPOSE:To accurately and simply diagnose deterioration of the device by passing gas through insulation oil and extracting the gas having boiling point at a specific temperature or higher from the insulation oil, and detecting deterioration product. CONSTITUTION:Insulation oil 2 collected from an oil-filled electric device is introduced from an inlet 4 into a vessel 1, a pump 33 is operated under a state so regulated that the vessel 1 communicated with a flowmeter 11, and then air is bubbled into the oil 2. Thus, components such as alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, etc., having boiling point of -30 deg.C or higher, which are the deteriorable component of cellulose insulating material contained in the oil 2, are extracted. Then, the concentration of the deteriorated component is measured as a total amount by detecting means 12 such as a hot-wire type semiconductor sensor, etc., made of tin oxide ceramics, and displayed on a concentration display unit. Thus, deterioration of the device can be accurately and simply diagnosed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To search for a position where a corona discharge is caused in an equipment in the operative state by providing a detecting coil which detects a very weak electromagnetic wave due to said corona discharge and generates a signal current proportional to a discharge current. CONSTITUTION:When a corona discharge detector 20 is brought close to an object 6 to be detected, if a very weak electromagnetic wave is generated as a result of a corona discharge, a detecting coil 2 generates a signal current proportional to a current of the corona discharge. When the signal current is output from the detecting coil 2, the signal current is amplified to a predetermined level by an amplifier 3 and converted to a photo signal by an electro- photo converter 4. The photo signal is converted to an electric signal by a photoelectric converter 7 which in turn outputs the signal to a gate circuit 8. The signal from the gate circuit 8 is a signal resulting from removal of noise components so that only a signal as a result of the corona discharge necessary for measurement is output to a CPU 10. The CPU 10 processes the data of the signal in a suitable manner to be displayed by a CRT 13 or printed out by a printer 14. Accordingly, the position of the corona discharge can be searched.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the detection and analysis of a partial discharge sound, by a method wherein the input of a detection signal from a partial discharge sound detecting sensor to a signal processing circuit is checked by a detection signal of an external noise sensor. CONSTITUTION:When external noise occurs suddenly, both a partial discharge sound detecting sensor 10 and an external noise sensor 13 detect the noise simultaneously. When a detection signal of the sensor 13 inputs to a detection signal checking circuit 12, the signal is rectified by a rectifier circuit 18 and inputted to a peak value holding circuit 19. The circuit 19 raises the level of a control signal for a switch circuit 20 to a prescribed value or above. The circuit 20 is turned off to break a circuit which transmits an output of the sensor 10 to a signal processing circuit 11. According to this constitution, a useless signal due to the external noise is not inputted to the circuit 11, and thus the detection and analysis of a partial discharge sound are facilitated.

CONSTITUTION:When an external noise is generated suddenly, both a partial discharge sound detecting sensor 10 and an external noise sensor 13 detect the noise simultaneously. When a detection signal of the sensor 13 inputs to a detection signal checking circuit 12, a trigger pulse generating circuit 26 outputs a control signal to make a switch circuit 22 operate. The circuit 22 breaks a circuit which transmits an output of the sensor 10 to a signal processing circuit 11. As an amplifier which amplifies the external noise, a counter control amplifier 25, for instance, which can control the degree of amplification variably is employed. The amplifier 25 is controlled by an amplification degree adjusting circuit 27. By this constitution, the detection and analysis of a partial discharge sound are facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To always press a horn against a body to be inspected with constant pressure by allowing a mobile body to displace in accordance with the pressing force to the body and issuing a warning with the alarm when the pressing force to the body is lowered at the detection of the displaced amount. CONSTITUTION:When a detector is pressed to the body through a handle 11 by a worker, the lower end of the horn 19 is pressed to the body. The mobile body 22 is displaced together with the horn 19 in the direction separating from the body against the elastic force of a coil spring 24, and the upper wall is abutted on the lower surface of a separating wall 16. Simultaneously, a pushing-up piece 34 is made to move upward to push up a lever 33a, thereby a microswitch 33 is closed to output a detecting signal S. Since a contact circuit 35a is switched to the open state by the signal S, the alarm sound of a piezoelectric buzzer 35 is stopped. When the pressing force of the horn 19 is decreased, the output of the signal S is stopped by the switch 33, so the buzzer 35 is exerted to issue the alarm sound. Whether the horn 19 is pressed against the body with the constant pressure or not can be decided by the presence of this alarm sound.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the spot of occurrence of a partial discharge and the degree thereof with high sensitivity, by detecting a frequency component of 100KHz or below the attenuation of which is the least in a sound generated by the partial discharge occurring in an insulator. CONSTITUTION:When a partial discharge occurs in a defective part 5 of an insulator 6, a sound wave generated thereby is collected by a horn 10 while it is attenuated by the insulator 6. The amount of the attenuated frequency component of 100KHz or below in the sound wave is the least. Accordingly, a sound wave detector 12 detects mainly this frequency component of the least attenuation with high sensitivity and outputs a detection signal. The detection signal of a high level is amplified by a preamplifier 13, and after signal components other than the ones of 5-10KHz and a noise signal are removed by a filter 14, said signal is amplified by an amplifier 15 and supplied to a signal processing circuit 16. Therefore, the spot of occurrence of the partial discharge and the degree thereof are detected with high sensitivity.

Therefore, an ultrasonic wave due to the partial discharge is also generated 100 tomes per sec. and an ultrasonic wave detecting sensor 3 outputs a discharge detection signal at 100Hz. When a low-frequency signal comprising a band portion (at 100Hz) near the peak value of the discharge detection signal and a noise signal is inputted into a phase detection circuit 9 for taking out a specified phase alone, a band component near the peak value of the discharge detection signal alone is outputted from the phase detection circuit 9 with the noise signal removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To safety detect the existence of a corona discharge with high working efficiency by selectively taking out frequency components of high frequency band in a frequency spectrum of corona discharge and deciding a strength of the components level. CONSTITUTION:A band-pass filter 4a or high-pass filter 4b making to pass only the high frequency components in the frequency spectrum of corona discharge is provided at both ends of a sample 1 to be tested. Since the frequency spectrum of corona discharge is distributed to the wide range, only the high frequency components over the upper limit of an intermediate radio frequency obstructing a detection of the corona discharge are selectively taken out by the filter 4a or 4b. These components are inputted to a decision device 6 through an amplifier 5 to decide the strength of the components level, thereby the existence of corona discharge on the sample 1 is detected. With this arrangement, the working efficiency and economic performance are improved and the detecting work can be safely performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of maintenance and control services by measuring the surface temperature of the connecting body which connects overhead distribution lines mutually and the surface temperature of an overhead distribution line, and diagnosing the deterioration of the connecting body according to the difference of the surface temperatures. CONSTITUTION:Electric conductors 10 and 20 are connected by using a bolt type connector 1 and their surface temperatures are measured by an infrared sensor. When the connection body is sound, the temperature distribution of the electric conductors has peaks P1 and P2 at both end parts of the connecting body and the center part PC of the connecting body is lower in temperature than the electric conductors. When the connecting body has large contact resistance, the surface temperature of the center part PC becomes higher than that of any other part to indicate the maximum value. Specially, the difference from the surface temperature of an electric conductor at the place where the influence of heat generation is not exerted at a distance from the connecting body increases. Thus, the surface temperature of the center part of the connector and the surface temperatures of the electric conductors are measured to decide the deterioration.
