    • PURPOSE: To provide the subject device capable of improving the accuracy of dyeing and enhancing the efficiency of the dyeing operation by preliminarily inputting many dyeing receipts into a computer, preparing a prescribed dyeing solution from many raw material solutions tanks according to charging demand signals from a dyeing machine, and automatically carrying the prepared dyeing solution. CONSTITUTION: Many dyeing receipts and stand-arranging information based on a production plan are preliminarily inputted into a computer for control. A dyeing is carried out according to the sequence data of valve opening or closing and temperature patterns, etc., preliminarily set for each dyeing method from the outputted information of the computer. Necessary amounts of dye solutions and auxiliary agent solutions are charged from a plurality of raw material solution tanks according to the charging demand signals from the dyeing machine on the basis of stand-arranging information to prepare a dyeing solution, which is automatically carried to and charged into the dyeing machine. While the dyeing solution is prepared and carried to the dyeing machine, other dyeing solutions are prepared and carried to other dyeing machines. Thus, many kinds of dyeing operations can efficiently be prepared and automatically be carried, and the accuracy of the dyeing and the efficiency of the operations can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the whole of a device, by a method wherein an electric conductor in an arcuate shape in cross section is buried in the socket part of a solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:An electric conductor 5 in an arcuate shape in cross section is buried in a socket part 2 of a solenoid valve 1. By engaging a tube for a piping with the engaging part of the socket part 2 and fastening the engaging part by means of a box nut 3, a fluid passage in a tube is connected to the flow passage of the solenoid valve 1, and the electric conductor 5 connected to a solenoid coil 33 of the solenoid valve 1 is brought into contact with the electric conductor 5 of a tube for electrical connection. This constitution eliminates the need to perform individual piping and wiring, resulting in the possibility to simplify the whole of a device.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a higher reliability of the apparatus while keeping window sections clean, by keeping a cleaning liquid in contact with internal surfaces of a pair of light transmitting window sections as flowing out of a cleaning liquid outflow port. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is provided with a tube 1 for running a liquid to be inspected, a pair of light transmitting window sections 5 and 6 provided on wall surfaces facing each other respectively and a projector 8 and a light receiver 10 for measuring turbidity are arranged outside the window sections 5 and 6 respectively. Cleaning liquid outflow ports 4 and 4' are so arranged in the tube 1 on the upstream from the window sections 5 and 6 that the flow of a cleaning liquid is generated at least to cover the internal surfaces of the window sections 5 and 6. In the measurement, light is projected into a big tube 3 at the window section 5 via a condenser lens 7 from a projector 8, crosses and passes through a liquid flowing through the big tube 3 and then, reaches the light receiver 10 via a condenser lens 9 at the other window 6 to measure the luminosity thereof. From the results, turbidity is calculated and outputted. This can keep the window sections clean while achieving a higher reliability of the apparatus.
