    • PURPOSE: To provide the subject device capable of improving the accuracy of dyeing and enhancing the efficiency of the dyeing operation by preliminarily inputting many dyeing receipts into a computer, preparing a prescribed dyeing solution from many raw material solutions tanks according to charging demand signals from a dyeing machine, and automatically carrying the prepared dyeing solution. CONSTITUTION: Many dyeing receipts and stand-arranging information based on a production plan are preliminarily inputted into a computer for control. A dyeing is carried out according to the sequence data of valve opening or closing and temperature patterns, etc., preliminarily set for each dyeing method from the outputted information of the computer. Necessary amounts of dye solutions and auxiliary agent solutions are charged from a plurality of raw material solution tanks according to the charging demand signals from the dyeing machine on the basis of stand-arranging information to prepare a dyeing solution, which is automatically carried to and charged into the dyeing machine. While the dyeing solution is prepared and carried to the dyeing machine, other dyeing solutions are prepared and carried to other dyeing machines. Thus, many kinds of dyeing operations can efficiently be prepared and automatically be carried, and the accuracy of the dyeing and the efficiency of the operations can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To detect an abnormal instruction without stopping operation by detecting the execution of a reset instruction to be executed after the execution of a write instruction to a specific address of a memory from various signals outputted from a computer and releasing an instruction execution address of the write instruction. CONSTITUTION:A display hold resetting circuit 14 detects the execution of a reset instruction from various signals outputted from the computer 1 and sets up a flip flop (FF) 17 on the basis of a memory write address comparing/ deciding means 9. The FF 17 is reset by the output of the circuit 14, and at the time of setting up the FF 17, the instruction execution address executed by an instruction execution address displaying circuit 5 at present is displayed and held in response to the output. At the time of resetting the FF 17, the circuit 5 releases the display hold and successively updates the display. Thus, the execution of an abnormal write instruction to an optional address of the memory can be detected only by changing a set address in an address setting switch and can be informed to the operator.

    • PURPOSE:To count the number of component single yarns with high reliability by counting the number of single yarns with distribution data on the gap parts neglected despite the gaps produced among the single yarns due to the inferior alignment of single yarns and so that the extreme is detected at the bright sides of the single yarns at both ends. CONSTITUTION:The component single yarns 2 of a sampled multifilament are put on an alignment stage 1 made of a light-transmittable material and divided and aligned in a single layer with no gap virtually produced. The light is irradiated from a light source 3 set under the stage 1 and the transmitted light produces a projection image of an aligned layer of single yarns on the surface of the ground glass 7 by a condenser lens 4, a movable mirror 5 and a fixed mirror 6. The state of alignment of the yarns 2 is confirmed from the projected image. Then the mirror 5 is rotated counterclockwise and a photoelectric transducer 8 detects the light intensity of the projection image on a straight line produced by the aligned layer of yarns 2. This detection output is supplied to an electronic counter 9 and processed by an arithmetic processor after amplification of an amplifier and A/D conversion. Then the number of yarns 2 is displayed on a display device as the arithmetic result.

    • PURPOSE:To easily detect execution of an abnormal instruction whose reproducibility is low, by detecting an execution of a write instruction to a specific address of a memory from various signals outputted from a computer, displaying and holding its instruction executing address, detecting an execution of a mask instruction immediately before executing a write instruction and inhibiting the displaying and holding. CONSTITUTION:Setting of a flip-flop 17 by a memory write address comparing and deciding circuit 9 is inhibited by cutting off a mask circuit 23 by an output of the mask instruction detecting circuit 14. Also, only when there is no output of the mask detecting circuit 14, the flip-flop 17 is set by the output of the memory write address comparing and detecting circuit 9, an instruction executing address which an instruction executing address display circuit 5 is executing at present is displayed and held, and the display is updated successively. In such a way, by only changing a set address of an address setting switch 15, an execution of an abnormal write instruction to an arbitrary address of a memory is detected and can be informed to an operator.
