    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing type plate heat exchanger, having a lightweight structure which is manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of fluid passages P and Q of both fluids A and B, located at the opposite end parts of a plurality of heat exchanger plates 1 assembled integrally, are closed passages which does not pass fluids. In order to close the fluid passages P and Q, a ring-like disc and planar disc cover plates 4', 4", 5', 5" having a thickness comparable to the forming depth at the heat transfer part 1a of the heat exchanger plate 1 are inserted into the outlet and inlet parts Pa and Qa of the fluid passages P and Q and are brazed to the heat exchanger plate 1. Furthermore, protective plates 1' and 1" are brazed and fixed the opposite ends of the plurality of heat exchanger plates 1 assembled integrally and nozzles 21 and 22 serving as the outlet and inlet of fluid are brazed to one of the protective plates 1' and 1".

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance pressure-resistant strength by arranging cover plates of identical dimensions having a planar part and a rising fringe part on the circumference thereof between one frame and a heat transfer plate at one end and on the outside of the other frame and then brazing each cover plate to adjacent heat transfer plate and frame. SOLUTION: At the time of manufacturing a brazing plate type heat exchanger 1 constructed to sandwich a cover plate 8 between an upper frame 3 and a heat transfer plate 5, a rising fringe part 8b is formed on the outer circumference at the planar part 8a of one cover plate 8 sandwiched between the upper frame and the heat transfer plate 5 and a nozzle through hole 8c is made in the planar part 8a. A rising fringe part 9b is formed on the outer circumference at the planar part 9a of the other cover plate 9 being jointed to the lower frame 4. After the heat transfer plate 5, the lower frame 4 and the other cover plate 9 are abutted tightly, they are brazed at the abutting parts thus enhancing brazing strength of the upper and lower frames 3, 4 with respect to the heat transfer plate 5 and attaining high pressure-resistant strength.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformize the distribution of electric power and realize uniform drying by a method wherein articles to be dried are put on a fixed electrode plate, acting also as the placing table of the articles to be dried, while a space between electrode plates, opposed at the upper part of the placing table, is regulated by the movement of only a light movable electrode plate. CONSTITUTION:Movable electrode plates 5 are permitted to be moved into up-and-down direction by a driving source provided at the outside of a drying oven 1 through connecting bars 6. On the other hand, fixed electrode plates 4 acting also as a placing table, opposing to the movable electrode plate, are fixed to a frame body 3. The movable electrode plates 5 are supported by connecting bars 6 through pins or the like, however, the movable electrode plates 5 may be supported in slanted or stepped state excluding horizontal condition when the supporting parts are provided with long holes. Accordingly, articles to be dried such as cheese and the like may be put on the placing table used also for the fixed electrode plates 4 while the space of the movable electrode plates 5, positioned at the upper parts of the articles 9 to be dried, may be regulated freely. When the spaces between the electrodes near the power supplying unit of a high-frequency power source especially are narrowed, more improved uniform property of the distribution of voltages may be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the mixture of two kinds of fluid in a heat exchanger by discharging leak fluid outside heat transfer plates, even if cracks are generated in a brazing part in the peripheries of the passage ports of the two heat transfer plates, which are laminated and brazed to generate the leakage of fluid. SOLUTION: The brazing part 5 formed by sealing the parts in the peripheries of the passage ports of the two heat transfer plates 1 has a double seal structure including a second outside brazing part 5a and a third inside brazing part 5b with a liquid passing groove as a boundary. Both the ends of the fluid passing groove 20 are extended to cut-out parts 23 of the peripheral edge parts 1b of the heat transfer plate 1b. Thus, one kind of fluid leaking from the cracks of one of both the brazing parts 5a and 5b is discharged from the fluid passing groove 20 to the cut-out part 23 of the peripheral edge part 1b and exhausted outside.
