    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a moisture ratio as a whole by performing dewatering to uniformize the moisture ratio of a treated object in a dewatering step.
      SOLUTION: A dewatering method is the method in a drum rotation type dyeing machine, for performing dewatering by rotation driving after mounting the threated object such as a dyed object on a drum 1 being an internal cylinder, which is rotatably provided with a horizontal axis as a center, inside an external cylinder. The step is repeated, by which the drum 1 is rotated forward, stopped, re-rotated (including backward rotation), and stopped, so as to change the inner periphery, outer periphery and bending position of the treated object. Then, the average moisture ratio of the treated object is reduced in the drum rotation type dyeing machine by the method for dewatering the treated object.

    • PURPOSE:To permit tensionless and highly efficient microwave drying without any complicated constitution by a method wherein fabric or sheet type fibrous materials, put on a transfer conveyer, are put in a condition that they are folded and laminated in the advancing direction thereof while at least one set of electrode plates, applying microwave electric fields on the materials from upper and lower sides of the same, is provided. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted of a drying chamber 1, a transfer conveyer 2, electrode plates 3, 4 and a high-frequency power source 5. Fabrics 6 are folded and laminated in the advancing direction thereof to put them on the transfer conveyer 2. The fabrics are laminated in such a manner whereby moisture content of the fabrics is high between the electrode plates 3, 4 and induction heating effect may be effected sufficiently. On the other hand, the fabrics are advanced in a condition that they are folded and laminated on the transfer conveyer whereby contraction and/or expansion may be effected freely in accordance with the drying condition thereof without applying them any tensile force, the fibrous materials may be dried efficiently under good admission of air and there may be no possibility to generate varieties in drying and the like.

    • PURPOSE:To realize proper induction effect by a microwave heating means during the continuous transfer of a fibrous material in accordance with the moisture content of the same and obtain uniform drying effect by a method wherein a plurality of the fabric or sheet type fibrous materials is laminated to run and microwave electrode plates are arranged in respective zigzag stages.     • PURPOSE:To control the speed of a transfer mechanism precisely by a method wherein the weight of a material to be dried is measured while lifting it up from the lower part thereof instantaneously at at least three places of an initial point, an intermediate point and a finishing point under a condition that the transfer of it is being continued. CONSTITUTION:The weight of a material 11 to be dried is measured by a weight meter 8, provided at an initial point whereat the material is put onto a transfer mechanism 3, another weight meter 9, provide at an intermediate point between high-frequency oscillators 1, 2, and the other weight meter 10, provided at the finishing point of drying, respectively while control signals, produced by the values of weighings, are employed for the speed control of the transfer mechanism 3. The weight meters 8, 9, 10 are arranged in the space of the transfer mechanism 3 and cylinders are arranged so as to be capable of being moved up-and- down while the material 11 to be dried is lifted instantaneously to measure the weight thereof when the material 11 has come to places above load cell weight meters 8, 9, 10. The material is descended immediately after weighing and the transfer of the same is continued by the transfer mechanism 3 again. The feedback of the measured values is effected so as to control the speed of the transfer mechanism 3 through a predetermined program whereby the averaging of the drying rate of a high-frequency drying device 1, which dries the material continuously, may be realized precisely.
