    • PURPOSE:To lessen the number of parts to be newly provided and to lower cost by connecting an air motor stop device to stop supplying air to an air motor when it becomes specified fastening torque to a rear end of a rotor of the air motor. CONSTITUTION:When reaction force gradually increases, a revolving angle of a control weight 6 against a control body 5 also increases in proportion to it. When fastening torque reaches set torque of a spring and the control weight 6 comes to revolve to a specified angle, a control pin 8 moves to the left side. Then, a control rod 9 moves backwards along a slope of the control pin 8. Thereafter a steel ball 12 engaged with a valve element 15 enters a small diametrical part 9a of the control rod 9 and engagement with the valve 15 is released. Then, the valve element 15 pushed by air pressure arriving at a flow passage 13a through a throttle lever and the spring 20, removes to the side of a valve seat 16 and closes a control valve 11.

    • PURPOSE:To detect the anomaly of a hog-ringer by installing a photoelectric switch for detecting the reflection light or transmission light of the projected light towards the C-shaped ring nipped at the top edge of a yoke. CONSTITUTION:An approach switch S1 which is operated by the approach of a weak magnetic body which is constituted so that a piston 13 consisting of a ferromagnetic body moves in reciprocation is installed, and a photoelectric switch S2 for detecting the reflection light or the transmission light at the projected light is installed towards a C-shaped ring 17 which is installed on a magazine 20. Further, a photoelectrical switch S3 for detecting the reflection light or transmission light of the projected light is installed towards the C-shaped ring 17 which is nipped at the top edge of a yoke 8. Accordingly, the remaining quantity of the C-shaped rings 17 installed on a magazine 20 and the fact that the C-shaped ring 17 is nipped at the top edge of the yoke 8, or the anomaly of a hog ringer can be detected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately judge that an impulse wrench deteriorates, by measuring a time change of a torque value of a oil pressure pulse, integrating it, calculating the fastening energy amount, judging that fastening capabilities of the impulse wrench is decreased when the fastening energy amount is less than a set value, and issuing a warning of deterioration. SOLUTION: A pulse output integral circuit 25 takes a change of voltage of a clearance sensor 11, changed by generation of a oil pressure pulse as a time change, and the amount of fastening energy to be generated by impact is calculated by integration. A pulse output integral circuit 26 integrates an integral value calculated by the pulse output integral circuit 25, and the total fastening energy amount after pulling of a throttle lever is calculated. A setting and inputting comparing circuit 27 generates a signal by comparing the integral value integrated by the pulse output integral circuit 26 with a set value. Therefore, decrease in fastening capabilities of the impulse wrench can be accurately detected without depending on man's senses.
