    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a working time and reduce the using amount of water by a method wherein high-pressure water is introduced into the inlet port of a fine tube to flow therethrough and send a washing brush by pressure, then, the inflow of the high-pressure water into the fine tube is intercepted on the way of movement of the washing brush in the fine tube and, simultaneously, high-pressure air is introduced into the fine tube to send the washing brush by pressure. SOLUTION: A water chamber 1 is connected to the other water chamber 1 through several ten thousand pieces of horizontal fine tubes 2 to effect heat exchange by water sent into the water chamber 1 from a circulating water tube 3. A washing brush 4 is inserted into the inlet port of the fine tube 2 and a washing gun 5 is abutted against the end face of inlet port side of the fine tube 2 to introduce high-pressure water into the inlet port of the fine tube 2 and send the washing brush 4 by pressure while the inflow of the high-pressure water into the fine tube 2 is intercepted on the way of movement of the washing brush 4 in the fine tube 2 and, simultaneously, high-pressure air is introduced from a washing gun 5 into the fine tube 2 to send the washing brush 4 by pressure and wash the inside of the fine tube 2. The washing brush 4 is prepared by pinching a brush by two pieces of wires to twist them and, thereafter, both ends of the brush are fixed to guides, made of rubber.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a V-belt to be mounted and demounted simply by rotating a pulley without directly touching the V-belt with hand, and make it possible for the rotation of the pulley to be immediately stopped and for the V-belt to be easily loaded and unloaded. SOLUTION: A V-belt loading and unloading tool is composed of a V-belt mounting and demounting jig 1 consisting of a pulley loading part which is fitted into a V-groove of a pulley, and loaded on the pulley, a V-belt raking part for separating the V-belt from the V-groove radially outward at the tip of the pulley loading part, and a V-belt sideways guiding part for guiding the V-belt raked by the V-belt raking part sideways, and pulley rotating jig 3 consisting of the part to be loaded on the pulley, a handle part 31 for rotating the pulley, and a fixture 2 to which the V-belt mounting and demounting jig is connected through a chain body so as not to be slipped off, in order to mount and demount the V-belt by means of the V-belt mounting and demounting jig 1 loaded on the pulley.

    • PURPOSE:To perform connecting work and installation of a panel at the same time by providing an insulator having a shape corresponding to two insertion ports facing each other, and forming both end sections of plug terminals into the shapes corresponding to plug holes 9. CONSTITUTION:Each receptacle 1 is provided with a receptacle terminal 6 and an insulating/sealing member 7, a lead wire 8 in a solar batter module 4 is connected to the terminal 6, and a plug hole 9 opened in the end face direction of an end wall 3 is formed. The member 7 is provided with an insertion port 10 surrounding the terminal 6 and opened on the end face of the end wall 3 continuously with the plug hole 9. The inner periphery of the insertion port 10 is spread out toward the outside in the longitudinal direction of the end wall 3 to guide a plug 2, and a sealing groove 11 expanded in diameter in steps is formed at the mouth section of the insertion port 10. The plug 2 is provided with an insulator 15 having a shape corresponding to two insertion ports 10 facing each other and plug terminals 16 protruded on face sides through the insulator 15, and both end sections of the terminals 16 are formed into the shapes corresponding to the plug holes 9.
