    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concurrently housing wiring incorporating optical fibers which facilitates opening and closing operation from one or more remote locations and switching between 100 V and 200 V. SOLUTION: Equipment such as an air conditioner 11 is connected with an interior single-phase, three-wire wiring 50 via circuit breakers located in individual equipment controllers 23. The identification codes of the respective equipment are stored in the circuit breakers of the equipment. The equipment identification codes are included in control signals which are generated in a control box 12 located at a remote position, and the control signals are converted to optical signals through an optical signal transmitter 24 and are transmitted to the equipment controllers 23 through optical fibers 25. In the equipment controller, the input optical signals are returned to control signals at an optical receiver, and control signals containing identification codes for the equipment connected with the controller are selectively received through a receiving circuit. Drive elements for the circuit breakers are controlled by means of the selectively received control signals. An example of the circuit breakers is thyristor, and an example of the drive element is a gate. The voltage of the wiring connected with the circuit breakers can be switched by selecting 100-V line or 200-V line in the interior wiring through only switching operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a reinforcing effect of a PC plate installing device, and improve convenience in use by embedding a part of a cross-sectional U-shaped installing tool in a PC plate, forming the other part as an installing part supported in contact with a support body erected on the beam material side by projecting from a PC plate surface, and arranging upward cut piece parts in an upper plate part and both side surface parts. SOLUTION: An installing tool 1 is composed of a plate-like upper plate part 2 and side plate parts 4 bending downward along an oblique bending part 3 on its both sides, and intermediate parts are respectively cut upward in the upper plate part 2 and both side plate parts 4, and an upper upward cut piece part 13 and left and right upward cut piece parts 14 are formed. The upward cut piece parts 13 and 14 become a pressure support part to support pressure against out-of-plane pressing force acting on a PC plate 5, and also function as a pressure support part to the vertical directional rotation moment and the horizontal directional rotation moment acting on the installing tool 1. That is, the reinforcing action can be provided against respective directional load forces acting the PC plate 5 by the upward cut piece parts 13 and 14. When the upward cut piece parts 13 and 14 are used as a reference surface, adjusting work on a height and a horizontal condition can be simplified.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution in a minimized installation place by combining three to four planes of structure including a plane of structure incorporating a damper therein, forming a unitized self-supporting damping solid frame install it from the outside of a building. SOLUTION: A damping solid frame 1 is unitized by combining three planes of structure including a plane of structure incorporating a viscous damper 3 as a damper therein. In that case, the viscous damper 3 is incorporated so as to connect between a brace 5 and a column. When a building 2 is vibrated in the horizontal direction in case of an earthquake, seismic force is transferred to the outside damping solid frame 1 from the floor 2a of the building 2, and relative velocity occurs between layers of the damping solid frame 1. Damping force occurs from the damper in opposition to the displacement, and the force acts on the floor 2a of the building 2 to reduce the vibration of the building. By the constitution, the damping solid frame 1 is an independent frame installed from the outside, selective flexibility of an installation place is extensive because it can be installed even in out of the plane of structure, and execution can be carried out in the minimized installation place.
