    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concurrently housing wiring incorporating optical fibers which facilitates opening and closing operation from one or more remote locations and switching between 100 V and 200 V. SOLUTION: Equipment such as an air conditioner 11 is connected with an interior single-phase, three-wire wiring 50 via circuit breakers located in individual equipment controllers 23. The identification codes of the respective equipment are stored in the circuit breakers of the equipment. The equipment identification codes are included in control signals which are generated in a control box 12 located at a remote position, and the control signals are converted to optical signals through an optical signal transmitter 24 and are transmitted to the equipment controllers 23 through optical fibers 25. In the equipment controller, the input optical signals are returned to control signals at an optical receiver, and control signals containing identification codes for the equipment connected with the controller are selectively received through a receiving circuit. Drive elements for the circuit breakers are controlled by means of the selectively received control signals. An example of the circuit breakers is thyristor, and an example of the drive element is a gate. The voltage of the wiring connected with the circuit breakers can be switched by selecting 100-V line or 200-V line in the interior wiring through only switching operation.

    • PURPOSE:To make connection of pipes surely during and after work execution by providing a detecting part, actuated by the pipe inserted to a socket joint, in it and detecting a pipe connection condition by an output of the detecting part. CONSTITUTION:An electrical contact 6 is embedded in a socket joint 1 so as to be closed by pressing of the end of a pipe 2 fitted into the socket joint 1. The electrical contact 6 is housed in a vertical direction inside a partitioning inner flange 1a for pipe stopping of the socket joint 1, when an end face of the pipe 2, inserted into the socket joint 1, collides with this inner flange 1a, the electrical contact 6 is pressed from the outside and closed. An electric signal is confirmed by drawing out the electrical contact 6 outside the pipe 2 by a lead wire or the like. As a result, whether the pipe is mounted in an accurate position and angle or not can be easily confirmed during execution. While inspection can be attained to a minimum limit because the pipe can be surely connected simultaneously with completion of the execution.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation system to reduce the number of executing works for the interior of a ceiling, collectively mount supply and exhaust fans, and effect a balance between the interior of a housing and the outside of a house. SOLUTION: An exhaust fan 3 for kitchen, an exhaust fan 5 for sanitation, and a fan 7 for air supply are incorporated in a ventilation unit 1 arranged outdoor. A range hood exhaust port 13 and the exhaust fan 3 for air supply are connected together through an underfloor exhaust duct 15 for a kitchen. Sanitary suction ports 41a, 41b, and 41c and the exhaust fan 5 for sanitation are connected together through an underfloor exhaust duct 45 for sanitation. A living room air supply port 57, a range hood air supply port 67, and the fan 7 for air supply are connected together through an underfloor air supply duct 61. A circuit device is provided to control the fan 3 for a kitchen, the exhaust fan 5 for sanitation, and the fan 7 for air supply. The exhaust fan 3 for a kitchen, the exhaust fan 5 for sanitation, and the fan 7 for air supply are controlled according to an input signal from an operation switch and a preset operation pattern.
