    • PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product whose pressure resistance is high and a hollow section is wide, by a method wherein almost a circle opening comprised of the diameter corresponding to almost a distance between rib plate parts is provided into each bridge part of at least one side plate part which is bridged between a plurality of rib plates ranging in a row and the openings are ranged in an extruding direction. CONSTITUTION:A hollow molded product possesses a pair of top and bottom plate parts 11a, 11b having confronting wide surfaces and a plurality of rib plate part 11c which are integrated with the top and bottom plate parts and ranged in a row in the direction meeting at right angles with the top and bottom plate parts. A thickness of the rib plate part 11c is big to such an extent as to generate strength at the time of stretching with a thickness of the top plate part 11a or the bottom plate part 11b, almost circle openings 11d comprised of the diameter corresponding to almost a distance between the rib plate parts are formed into the plate part between the rib plate parts 11c ranging in a row in an extruding direction at fixed intervals. The openings 11d of the top plate part 11a and bottom plate are formed alternately in the direction of the thickness of a hollow molded product 11. The hollow molded product is used as a draining material for a ground improvement comprised of a width of 50-1,000mm, height of 5-50mm, respective thicknesses of its top and bottom plate parts of 0.3-2.0mm and a thickness of the rib plate part of 0.5-3.0mm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can easily produce a specified microorganism-adherent carrier having a high capacity for holding microorganisms.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the microorganism-adherent carrier is composed of a sheet raw material supply part for supplying a sheet-shaped raw material having a prescribed width in a given direction, a deformation part which has an inlet for receiving the supplied raw material and an outlet, gradually changes the cross-sectional structure between the inlet and the outlet, and deforms the raw material into the shape of a cylinder having a winding part, a bonding part for bonding the end fringe of the outside part of the winding part and the inside part of the winding part of the deformed raw material together by welding or an adhesive to obtain a cylindrical body with the end of the inside part of the winding part made free, and a cutting part for obtaining the microorganism-adherent carrier by cutting the obtained cylindrical body in a prescribed length.

SOLUTION: A water cut-off seal 4 is wound around an abutting part between a pair of corrugated double layer pipes 2, 3 with its elastic sheet part 11 arranged outside, and a pressing plate is stuck to it additionally. In this case, both end parts 12, 13 of the elastic sheet part 11 are overlapped to each other via a double-sided adhesive tape part 10, and an excessive part 20 in the double- sided adhesive tape 10 is stuck to the double-sided adhesive taper part 10 in front of the other end part 13. An armor cover 5 is wound around so that its standing piece 16 and its bent piece 17 are directed outward and the base parts of the both pieces 16, 17 are matched with the pressing plate. In addition, the standing piece 16 and the bent piece 17 are fastened by means of a bolt 16 and a nut 19 serving as fastening means, and consequently, a joint structure 1 for both corrugated double layers 2, 3 is constructed.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the conveyance of drain material for soil improvement by connecting a plurality of openings to the approximately central part between rid plates of both upper and lower plates in the direction of extrusion in succession and, at the same time, rolling and surrounding the outsides of both upper and lower plates by a filter material in a state of non-adhesion. CONSTITUTION:In a drain material consisting of a plurality of a pair of upper and lower plates 11a and 11b having opposite broad surfaces and a plurality of rib plates 11C formed together with the upper and lower plates 11a and 11b as a unit and arranged at approximate right angles to the plates 11a and 11b, openings 11d with a diameter almost equal to the distance between the rib plates are formed in plates among the rib plates 11C arranged in parallel at specific intervals in a row in the direction of extrusion. Opening rows are non-symmetrically arranged each other in the both upper and lower plates 11a and 11b, and a longer molding 11 is easily rolled and is conveniently conveyed. After that, the outsides of both upper and lower plates 11a and 11b are rolled and surrounded by a filter material in a state of non-adhesion, and when the longer molding is rolled and is conveyed, the rolling resistance is decreased and is not bulky.
