    • PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom for the construction plan of a building and reduce the construction cost by forming a plurality of subsoil improvement bodies of large bore in a weak subsoil immediately under a building foundation, and jointing the foundation under tension to the improvement bodies with ground anchors. CONSTITUTION:A pit is drilled under a building foundation and a pipe 2 is inserted therein. In addition, an ultra-high jet flow containing a curing agent is blown underground via the pipe 2 and a columnar soil improvement body 3 of large bore is formed with the agent and sediment, while the surrounding ground is being drilled. Before the improvement body 3 is cured, a ground anchor tension member 6 and the underground fixing body 4 of a ground anchor are buried in the body 3. After the improvement body 3 is cured and the strength thereof is realized, a building foundation 7 as constructed and the improvement body 3 are jointed to each other under tension with the tension member 6 tightened, thereby fixing the foundation 7 to the improvement body 3. According to this constitution, the degree of freedom for the construction plan of a building can be increased, compared with the conventional method, and the construction cost can also be reduced, compared with the conventional foundation piling method.

    • PURPOSE: To use a foundation as an earth retaining wall to save labors and cost in the construction, by filling back slime discharged during stabilization of soil into the periphery of building foundation and forming a solidified body of slime, when a solidifying agent is injected into a soft ground to erect a building. CONSTITUTION: An earth retaining wall 2 is constructed around the area where a building is erected in a soft ground. The surrounding place of the building at the outside of the earth retaining wall 2 is excavated with a slope keeping a slant angle corresponding to the ground. Then a solidifying agent is injected in the ground inside the earth retaining wall 2 to mix the soil of the ground with the agent and form a stabilized body 6. In this time, discharged slime is filled back into a space excavated in advance at the outer periphery of the earth retaining wall to form a solidified slime body 8 at the outer periphery of the earth retaining wall. And further, after a stabilized part 9 of the ground, extending deeper than the excavation depth under the solidified slime body 8 has been constructed, the inside of earth retaining wall is cut to the excavation bottom depth to construct a building foundation. In this way, a large scale temporary earth retaining wall is not required and hence, efficient excavation for foundation ground and construction of foundation can be realized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration restraining device capable of suppressing increase of vibration in a horizontal direction of a suspended object by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A suspension length of the suspended object 2 is changed by a winder 5, and a natural period of a vibration system 4 composed of a suspension material 3 and the suspended object 2 is changed. Accordingly, even if the natural period of the vibration system 4 exists in a natural period vicinity of a structure or the ground and there is a possibility of vibration increased by resonance, the resonance can be avoided just by changing the suspension length by the winder 5. By this, even without additionally providing a special vibration damping device, the increase of vibration in the horizontal direction of the suspended object is suppressed by a simple composition.
