摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a length of connection part of a connecting hardware connected to a flange of a beam to save a space of connection, to have no possibility to reduce the rigidity of members, and to increase reliability by connecting double pair of surfaces in a connection method for a column and a beam of a steel structure, which fastens a base plate to a surface of the column and bolts a horizontal plate to a flange of the beam with using a connecting hardware which stands up from the base plate perpendicular to the horizontal plate fastened to a surface of the flange of the beam. SOLUTION: A first connecting hardware 8 is combined to a second and a third connecting hardware 9 and 11 opposite to the first connecting hardware 8 to be at an upper and a lower position, and a flange of a beam 3 is interposed between horizontal members 4a and 4b mutually to be bolted. Then, the second and the third connecting hardware 9 and 11 having the horizontal plate 4b fastened to an inner side of the flange of the beam are connected to have a space which a web 3c of the beam is interposed between, and the end of the flange of the beam 3 is put as close to a surface of a column 2 as possible to reduce a space.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide positioning construction capable of easily locating a reference position of a steel framed column even after concrete is placed around an anchor bolt. SOLUTION: The axis of an anchor bolt 1, a stage section having a vertical surface and a nut 8 having a nut section on the lower end side from the stage section forming a small outside diameter section 8c on the upper end side from the stage section are screwed in a male screw section la of the upper end section exposed from a footing concrete of the anchor bolt 1, a hole of an exposed template 12 is fitted to the small outside diameter section 8c of the nut 8, and the exposed template 12 is mounted on the surface of the stage section of the nut 8. Thereby, the exposed template 12 can be exposed upward of the concrete to be casted to place. Accordingly, since the center line of the exposed template 12 is also exposed. a reference position of a steel framed column can be easily located even after the concrete is placed around the anchor bolt 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance by forming an anchor bolt buried into foundation concrete of deformed bar steel while being formed in an arcuate shape having a specific inside radius. SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 17 is formed of deformed bar steel such as a screw knotted reinforcement while a projection shape onto a vertical surface is formed in a U shape consisting of upright sections and a horizontal section. The connecting sections of the upright sections and the horizontal section are formed in an arcuate shape having an inside radius of (1.5-5)D mm, wherein D represents the given name of the deformed bar steel. A column-base fitting 11 is joined integrally at the lower end section of a steel-framed column 12 by welding, and a steel-framed column base 13 is formed. The anchor bolt 17 is buried into foundation concrete 9. The upper end sections of the anchor bolt 17 are inserted into the boltholes of the column-base fitting 11, and the column-base fitting 11 is clamped and fixed by washers 15 and nuts 16.

SOLUTION: A bolt hole of base plate 3 is formed into a narrow and long bolt hole 4 in parallel with the inside of the U-shaped surface of an anchor bolt 2 so that the anchor bolt can be fitted even in the case where a top of the U-shaped anchor bolt 2 is widened. The anchor bolt 2 is embedded in the foundation concrete for crossing, and two sets of anchor bolts 2 are fitted in the bolt holes 4 of the base plate 3, and thereafter, each anchor bolt 2 and the base plate 3 are fixed by a nut 4, and a reinforced column 5 is stood in the foundation. Consequently, fixing withstanding force is improved, and since an interference with the beam arrangement of the foundation is reduced, workability in the construction field can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance an energy absorbing capacity by fixing a base plate joined with the lower end of a steel column on foundation concrete with U-shaped anchor bolts and nuts buried in the foundation concrete. CONSTITUTION: The lower end of a steel column 5, such as an H-shaped post or a square-shaped column is fixed with a base plate 2 and buried in foundation concrete 6 by screwing lower nuts 3 into the upper ends of an U-shaped anchor bolt 1. A mount-shaped central mortar area 12 is formed on the top of the foundation concrete 6. The base plate 7 is loaded on this central mortar area 12 so that upper nuts 2 may be fastened from the top of the base plate 7. Then, the clearance between the bottom of the base plate 7 and the top of the concrete 6 is filled up with non-shrinkage mortar 13, thereby fixing the steel column 5. It is, therefore, possible to enhance an energy absorbing capacity of a column base.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simply and precisely produce a joining by providing a fitting in which a horizontal plate having slit to which a beam flange is inserted integrally arranged, a bolt hole is pierced facing to a slit and a bolt hole is arranged in a baseplate. CONSTITUTION:The joining fitting 1 is constituted so that the fitting 1 is lapped on a beam flange, a horizontal plate 4 having a bolt hole 6 to bolt join beam is projected on a baseplate 7, a thickness of the baseplate 7 is thinned toward outside from the base part of the horizontal plate 4 and a bolt hole having a seat 5 is arranged on the baseplate. The horizontal plate 4 is provided with a slit 8 to insert a beam flange in center in longitudinal direction and open at tip. Further, in one plate of the plates separated upper/lower, a cut in groove 9 in which a beam web passes is formed. The horizontal plate consists of two plates of an upper plate 12a and lower plate 12b, to be welded to flat parts 14 at both sides of a projection 13 for backing, a width of the projection is a width of the slit 8. By this method, the joining fitting is precisely produced.

The projected part 5 has a flange 7 and a web 8 while it is also provided with a sloping part 6 on the base plate 4 which is designed to relax stress concentration. Furthermore, the span between the outer surface of the base plate 4 and the outer surface of the projected part 5 is set within 100mm. The outside shape dimensions around the base plate of the column base hardware 1 is limited to be a minimum. I is, therefore, possible to make the most use of an application space for a building.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily position a hole for an anchor bolt in a column base fitting without marking-off. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of marks 30 are initially provided on the outer periphery of the bottom plate portion 22 of a column base fitting 20 in symmetry with respect to the center of the base fitting 20 and anchor bolt hole 25 is positioned as the center of the crossing point of straight lines connecting the pairs of marks 30. The marks 30 can be formed at the same time as when the base fitting 20 is cast or formed by casting. Two pairs of marks 31 are provided in symmetry also the side faces of an upright portion 23. Therefore, marking-off can be omitted in machining the anchor bolt hole and so the manufacturing cost of the base fitting can be reduced and the number of processes required at a construction site can also be reduced.

Next, the bottom plate section 1 is fixed on an anchor bolt 6 which is fixed in a foundation concrete 5, and the column 4 is joined on the top face of top plate section 3 by welding W. Next, reinforcement is assembled on the column 4, formwork is mounted, and concrete is placed. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the amount of extension of the bottom plate section 1 which extends on the side from outer periphery of flat cross section shape of the column 4 and facilitate construction of the formwork.
