    • PURPOSE:To prevent decrease of the function due to corrosion and enable easy arrangement of reinforcements even when the above space of an excavated hole is narrow, by inserting uncured cold setting FRP ropes as vertical reinforcements and cured FRP bar materials as horizontal reinforcements. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of uncured FRP ropes 1 as vertical reinforcements are arranged at every specified interval and a plurality of cured FRP bar materials 2 are arranged at every specified interval in the direction crossing in right angles with the ropes. The intersections are united with strings. Weights 6 are fixed at the front ends thereof and suspended down from both sides of the longer sides of the excavated hole 7. At that time, both ends of bridging materials 3 are united together with the cured FRP bar materials 2 at the upper side of excavation hole 7 to form a reinforcements-cage. In this way, it can be easily inserted even in a curved excavation hole. Since it is lighter than steel reinforcements, the transportation cost can be remarkably reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate work by providing an anchor unit in a sheath end part, pulling a tension unit in which a fixing tool fitted into a sheath and the anchor unit is inserted after placing and hardening concrete by a jack and fixing the tension unit by a wedge. CONSTITUTION:A sheath 9 is provided inside a mold frame and an anchor unit 10 for post-tension is arranged in the end part thereof. Next, the mold frame is removed after arranging reinforcing bars 15 of a fixing part along the periphery of the anchor unit 10 and placing and hardening concrete 16. Then, a cylindrical unit 7 is fitted to the fitting space 11 of the surface of the concrete 16, an FRP tension member 4 is inserted into the sheath 9 from space 11, and the point end of the member 4 is drawn outside the concrete 16 by holding the part 4 between wedges 6. The end part of the tension member 4 is held by the jack holding part 18 of a jack 17 and pulled till the tension obtains its predetermined value. Further the tension member 4 is fixed to a fixing tool 5 by applying a pressure of oil to a pressure plate B to press the wedge 6.
